This rental was booked thru the app. When I arrived the employee told me I needed to sign in thru the app but that was not possible. I had to call the U-Haul number to have them change the reservation to a type that can be picked up using the app. This wasted about 30 minutes and was completely unnecessary. Also the odometer reading on the truck was incorrect on the contract but the font is so small that it’s impossible to read and on the app you can’t magnify the type. I could barely read the fuel gauge reading on the contract or the supposed mileage. Check the mileage and fuel gauge carefully when you check out the van to make sure they are correct!!!

The app doesn't work, customer service wait on the phone was very long. Made a reservation, but was told by the staff that the van wasn't guaranteed. Horrible experience.
Michael CIt's a parking garage so the attendant was busy parking cars. I had to wait 1/2 hour for him to help me. The man on the return at night was very nice
Ronda TI got the error message "Your contract does not meet the truck share 24/7 requirements" with no additional context and had to call, resulting in a delay of over 30 minutes.
JENNIFER LNo one there to assist. It took me more than 60 minutes to get my vehicle. Time I had not incorporated for. Barely made it on time for what I needed it for. The one person that is there is only used to bring the vehicle once you have done everything on your phone. If this is the case, everything can be done ahead of time upon doing the ordering and your vehicle is already selected. You just go and show the license plate.
