I was charged for an extra 4 hours , even though I returned the van a few mins late. The fact that there is no attendee makes the check-out process much more cumbersom for the customer. Not a great experience!

Van was not clean. Attendant only spoke spanish, which was fine, but that meant my counter pickup had to be changed to an online pickup through customer service. Which was ultimately not as fast as it could've been had i known that location does not support counter interactions.

BOAZ MFirst van doors were not functional Check in process was manageable but some hiccups Check out process was terrible, staff wouldn’t take back the van. Had to call U-Haul main line to get it returned
Sonia KIt’s terrible that you have to use an app and only after an hour and a half of dealing with customer service I was finally able to get the van that was reserved. Waste of time. Never using uhaul again or this location. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Terrible experience overall
