Online system was horrible was on the phone for a hour to try to pick up. Even once set up correctly my booking time was changed without my permission, photos of the truck would not load… needs improvement

The staff was rude and unhelpful. When I arrived to pick up the rental the guy just pointed at their sign and said "use the app". But the app wasn't working for me due to technical issues and I had reserved in advance, And when I tried to tell him this he got angry and walked away. Refused to interact with me after then. Even worse experience when I returned the rental. A different guy said use the app (again) and when I tried and failed he said "then you will just get charged until you close the contract" and like the first guy walked away. Got angry with me for no reason. He also took the keys and moved the van before I could check it in. I called customer service to help and the rep was very helpful. First off he said the guy should not have taken the keys and confirmed the person there seemed to not know what he was doing. Then while customer service walked me through the process of checking back in on speaker phone, he too observed the guy at the location yelling at me to take more pictures. The rep said that is unacceptable and the guy at the location shouldn't be talking to me that way and that THEY should actually be the ones checking me in. I relayed to this guy that I'm trying to do it as best I can and told him that customer service said HE should be the one doing it, and he too got angry and said "how am I supposed to take pictures with a laptop". The staff at this location is extremely rude and unhelpful and both myself and the customer service rep were appalled with how they were acting. Customer service even offered me a refund but I declined because aside from this treatment at the location everything else was fine and I want to pay my bill fair and square. I would 100% never go back there and never recommend this location--they were terrible. Customer service was good on the phone though. I have used Uhaul at a different location and it was a much better experience, but this one was really awful. The whole experience there was really upsetting and made me fear they would try to do something to the rental and then blame it on me because of how they were treating me and how angry they got.

SEBASTIAN FApp location did not work. Could not enter actual mileage. Ended up paying and extra 40 miles that I did not travel.
Olivier Done of the worst experience, Attendant doesnt speak English, thats no. 1 reqm. to communicate in english. then the app pickup is waste of time and irritating as it asks too many things and does not work. i spent 30 mins with some nice rep. to get it done with the app. similalry drip off needed phone assistant as app will not work. i will not goto mobile option ever again. very poor experience.
