Horrible service. On rental, the staff was rude and watching a movie on the phone. On return, another staff took 20 min having me installing the app and go through 66 steps instead of checking me out. No respect for my time and stress. Unfortunately, you are a monopoly

Micah GYour app is terrible. Your communications are terrible. When I ordered the van on the app, there was never a communication with me either on the app or on an email after the initial order that instructed me to continue to upload my drivers license and my credit card and all the other things that have required to drive away with the Van once I got to the garage. Of course, once I got to the garage the poor guy who works there. It’s not an employee of all so he doesn’t know anything about the fact that I’m unable to pick up the van just by showing him my reservation number. So then I had to spend close to half an hour wrestling with the app when I wanted to be driving away. Furthermore, once I was in the app, it was very difficult to satisfy its requirement even though I had everything that is necessary I ended up having to call the one 800 number twice and thank God the person on the line was incredibly helpful and stuck with me the whole way while I continue to fill out those necessary things . By the way, I was also instructed that if I waited on hold, it would take 18 to 20 minutes. She picked up in like four minutes, but most people would be strongly just waiting from waiting.
Dru CIt seems you can't rent unless you get the app which gets bad reviews and I found it very time-consuming.
