one of the worst experience, Attendant doesnt speak English, thats no. 1 reqm. to communicate in english. then the app pickup is waste of time and irritating as it asks too many things and does not work. i spent 30 mins with some nice rep. to get it done with the app. similalry drip off needed phone assistant as app will not work. i will not goto mobile option ever again. very poor experience.

I was charged for insurance when I didn’t put insurance when I made the reservation.

BENEDICT SI called 3 times to Uhaul before pick up day and they said a gal employee would be there. Not true. Garage employee there and he spoke zero English and was rude. When I called Uhaul main number for help the representatives were very helpful.
