Not a great experience. Nice people but not equipped for handling rental. No signs or way to know where to find location. Had to call and be walked through how to find the location. Was there for several minutes before anybody noticed I was there. The trailer wasn’t checked in from previous client so I had to wait while they figured that out. They had to call a cooperate number and get walked through that process. Was pointed to the trailer but had no assistance attaching it to my vehicle or check lights to see if it worked. They pointed me to it and walked away. Didn’t say anything either. Just walked back into the office.
