Try to ensure moving equipment is available at the site when ordering online. Seems to be a shortage of furniture dolly's and other key essential moving accessories needed that aren't always available even though we request them.Eric B.

Was told I had to rent for two days cause I wasn't sure if I would have it back the day i rented it, I picked up at 10:45 in the morning so returned it that day at 5:30 and still haven't got the refund for the second day I didn't use!!Steve J.

I reserved a dolly. My reservation for my uhaul was originally made in killeen. My reservation was moved by Uhaul to this copperas cove location. My dolly and mattress cover were not at this location. When I asked about them I was told do you want a dolly or a truck. We are not a supply store. My reservation was at 10 am. I didn't get out of there until after 11:30. Mins you I had movers at my house that I was paying by the hour because there was no sense of urgency on the part of the owner. Due to my reservation location and time being changed and the slow process at the new location my movers were not able to help me the way they should have. I ended up having yo hold o to my truck until Monday before o could get someone to help me. This delay cost me an extra $165 with Uhaul for returning late. The whole experience was horrible and I will not use Uhaul again. Uhaul cost me time, money and my sanity and it made this difficult situation horrible.Sandra A.
Truck overheated.. Not to the point of needing assistance, but if we had to drive it a few more miles down the road we would have. Luckily, it was a local trip. But the truck should have routine maintenance.Joshua D.

When you offer somebody the opportunity to pick up a loaded trailer in one city and have it hauled to another city. When the trailer was not there to be picked up and Jimmie the manager told me he notified somebody that the trailer was not to be picked up, and said I would be paid anyway and told me to head on to my destination, I rerouted my trip to pickup the trailer, which meant more for gas and I had to get a hotel for the night as if I had gone the way I originally wanted to I would have drove straight or pulled into a rest area and rested. I will no longer due business with a company that lies and takes advantage of a disabled vet. I am so tired of big companies that take advantage of people and not due as they said they would, I will used a competitor or I will burn my stuff, I will post this all over the internet and I will be going to the media about you taking advantage of a disabled vet I will also tell friends and other people.CHARLES B.

This isn't regarding the location but the truck. It was a good thing I was going local instead of a long distance. The truck overheated and had no water in it. I called the 1-800-GO-U-Haul and was on hold for almost 2 hours and didn't get a person before hanging up. Like I stated I'm glad I was going locally and was able to get help to open the reservoir and the person added water. I did try to call the location I picked up the truck from and did not answer. I did let them know when I dropped he truck back off later on that afternoon.Latoya T.

Went to pick truck on veterans memorial drive in Killeen Tx.Ask rep could I get vehicle early I had laid the truck for 0730 she no Seen a truck pull up like the one I was supposed to be getting ask her to check to see if it was the one I was supposed to be getting she said if is yours you not going to get it until 1:00 I thought that was rude and unprofessional. When I got cove she told me that the truck I had ordered was in Killeen and veterinarians memorial.ARTHUR B.

I had a 5x8 trailer. If you can get the trailer with doors, it is so much easier to load/unload. I can't tell you how many times I've had something get wedged with the roll up doors. Save yourself the headache.Jason H.

Have the equipment that I requested, reserved and provided my credit card number to confirm my reservation. I requested and I thought I was confirmed for a 26 foot truck and I was informed the day. Fore when I was already on the road to pick up the truck that the 26 foot truck that requested at the location that I requested was not available and that I would need to travel 50 mile north to pick up the truck. That is not good business. To even put more fuel to the fire, the 20 foot truck that I was given was not large enough fo the stuff that I had to move which required me to rent an additional trailer that cost me $135 more... Afain that is not good business...John S.

Norman was a peach. But don't tell pple just to drop the keys in and ull get them the next day. There's a hole long process to CHECK IN and some pple won't check it in right if they take a person at their word. Other than that , Norman was nice. He was a very busy distracted man but once we were one on one , it got done.Jaimie M.

I made a reservation for a Uhaul truck several weeks prior to my move date. The day before moving I was told there were no trucks available and would have to go to another town. This cost me time and money. I am very disappointed and will consider one of your competitors to fulfill my moving needs and would recommend that course to my family and friends.William M.

Pretty disappointed...I saw in the back of the truck if you sweep the truck you get $25 off. I took pictures of it clean and I made a note of me disagreeing with my total payment amount and yet no one looked over it or contacted me about it. I tried emailing back the email that sent me my receipt that was linked to send an email for any concerns and yet it was unavailable. Poor quality in the no contact app.Sumera A.
