First obviously may have been my mistake but I did not select this location for a truck pickup. I also paid extra for a furniture dolly and there was no dolly for me that was left in the truck or made available. I found that really irritating.

We had originally reserved item at location 2711 E business 190. We went to pick up and advised it was at 11:30 and at a different location. No one mentioned this to us. My husband was very iirate because thought location for pickup was same as reserved. Th other location the guy sells alcohol and was busy in between taking care of uhaul customers and selling his booze. He had several customers waiting on him.
ernest BContact the customer when changes are made. On my pickup day of the equipment I was a few hours late, but this was expressed prior to the pickup day due a business event. I had lost my original reservation and had to go to another location. I wished somebody contacted through phone. The next time on my end I can change the pickup time on the app or the website instead of letting the pickup sight know verbally.
marlow pI ordered a refrigerator dolly and didn’t get one and the truck was on empty when I received it. We did receive a refund for these issues but we really needed that dolly, not having it made the move harder
Chad KLimited business hours at the return site. Actual return was in a building next to the one on the site. Man was very nice though.
