The lot is chaotic and the representative was condescending, rude, insulting, and offensive. Neither I, my family, nor my friends will utilize this location again.

Thank you U-Haul for your help and it was very much affordable too.
Saluata SManagement at location directed me where to park trailer. No U-Haul personnel were available to assist in disconnecting trailer from my vehicle or observe. Parking lot had a sloping grade and trailer (6' x 12" tandem) rolled freely when removed from my vehicle. I was able to find a piece of wood to block behind wheel to eliminate trailer from hitting another trailer. Also did not receive any paper work or text message from U-Haul confirming trailer drop off. Inquired to manager on site and he acknowledged that once he completed his paper work I would receive a text message. This was and still is a little concerning as I have yet to receive confirmation of drop off. Overall experience was good and had no mechanical issues or faulty tires with trailer. I would use U-Haul again without a question.

Japheth RWithin 5 hours of departing, the rear passenger tire blew up and rolled off the rim causing an extremely unsafe situation. Simultaneously the drivers side rear tire went completely flat. I had to sit on the side of a busy interstate for over an hour waiting on roadside assistance to bring new tires out. Poorly maintained tires caused an unsafe situation.
Kyle BGentleman running this location is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people or treat them with respect when they have a question. Tires on the front of the 10’ box truck were almost bald and made for not a great trip.

SEAN Othe truck i was getting from location was in ok shape, but wasn't able to find dale, keys and more. But it was just a beginning, moving crew whom requested from U-Haul web side end up being a criminals, whom stole my belongings while loading truck,money,documents.And U-Haul trying to stay out of that, their advertised them on Uhaul web side and now telling me that we have nothing to do with that moving company.Didnt provide any help to find those people whom stole my staff, I cant believe it.Stay away from that copmany,thier are hiring people with out checking
