The location is labeled 1st Class Tobacco, but that business is no longer there, now it's called Smoke and Vape. When I got to the counter, the employee had no idea about Uhaul rentals - not his fault. Turns out you are required to use the mobile app for automatic check in. The business has nothing to do with the rental process. I had to wait for over 1.5 hours to connect with the right team at uhaul to figure this out. On top of that, trucks are in rougher than usual shape and there was no working A/C. If you avoid this location, I would.

Nothing. This location was prompt and professional.

Cell service in the area is not good, GPS was not connecting and I was unable to return my truck through the app. The person inside the business was not the UHaul rep. The location took MORE THAN 24 HOURS to check in the truck into the system. I would NEVER rent/return a truck to this location.
