This location was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us from start to finish. They are friendly and courtesy as well. Not only that they are a U-Haul third-party company. They are in Appliance store which I bought a garage refrigerator and was able to take it home with me in the U-Haul. I would like to congratulate these guys on a great job.

Bart TI have been riding my equipment from for about a year I really enjoy talking to the employees here. I also purchased my refrigerator at that location. I was able to take it home at the same time of picking up the truck. Recommend this facilities for everybody. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and top of their game. If I can give them more than five stars that I would.

SEAN POpen up on time. Give you the 4 hours you requested and not a 3 hour window. Make sure mud is not present in the box of truck.
CHRISTOPHER PThe truck cab could have been cleaned. There was grime in the cup holders, leaves on the floor, and the seats were visibly dirty.

DeAndre RIt wasn't the pick up locations fault. Let me say that up front. After I made the reservation in the store the central office called me and changed both the pick up, and drop off locations to "save me money" and moved both my pick up and drop off more than 20 miles away. So I have to call to get that fixed. Later that day I decided I needed a car trailer. And called central office. They set me up with a pick up and I went to get it. I get there and they won't rent me what I reserved. And make me get a different one. They said I could drop it off with the truck. That turned out to be a lie. Then it turns out my drop off location is closed e days a week. I call another location asking to drop it off where a person can check it in. And they tell me absolutely not. And that I have to download the app and use that. Effing great. I download the app in the parking lot of the drop off, and the app won't work for that location. So I try the chat bot. The chat only askes for one thing at a time and takes 30 minutes to get to the point I can put the keys in the drop box. Finally done with the drop off after a full day of driving and unloading. 10 minutes later the manager of the drop off calls me and says I can't leave the car trailer there and I have to come and get it. I don't have a truck so I tell him he has the keys and that it's not my problem anymore. The next day I get a charge for $225 extra for cleaning and missing equipment. So I call central office again asking about it. Now the truck and trailer have been picked up by a different location and I have to go there and talk to the manager. I figure out the number to the place and call them. I forgot to put the dolly in the truck and it was still in the garage if the new house. Like you couldn't call tje number on the invoice and just tell someone politely that you forgot the dolly?!?! Holy shit what kind of service is that?!?! So I load up the dolly and take it to him. And then he wants to argue about giving me a recieplt showing I returned it so I can get a refund of the $225 dollars he charged me. This has been my worst uhaul experience ever. Used them like 8 times before this. And the worst part is I have to do it all over again this weekend to move the other half of our stuff. Uhaul get your shit together. Seriously. And once again. None of the problems were the fault of my first pick up location. They were super helpful and polite. Once central office got involved, it all went to shit.

MONICA DTo begin truck was parked in the mud, I’m not talking a little it was heavy. My shoes were so muddy I had to drive back home to change and clean up the truck just to get back in it which cost me much time. There was an oil substance on the back of seat. We had to clean that as well. No receipt was sent my email.
ricardo gThe owners wife was very understanding, and also very polite to work with us on this rental of a 15 foot box truck. Our movers did not show up so we had to extend our contract longer than anticipated. We understand the extra fees that occurred to this, but What made it more acceptable is a flexibility of UHaul. I recommend this location to everybody.

First CI've used U-Haul for most of my moves, and most other locations are more flexible and generous with time extensions. Also, this is the first time I've been charged $20 to turn in a truck after hours. They told me if it was even a few minutes late, I'd be charged another full day for the truck and equipment, whereas most locations will work with you.

Scott S20 dollars for after hours drop off is ridiculous. For what? You guys had to do the same thing you normally do when your open plus that fee charge was NEVER mentioned. I would have used another place that was open for drop off.because this place closed early on Sunday.

This location does not have a regular size Dollys and has been out for months but still advertise that they do, customer has no opinion but to pay higher price for appliance dolly. When the company makes an error the customer should be comped for the error.
