I made a reservation ahead of time and pick no to safe drive, I get to the location the owner did the reservation again then ask if I wanted safe move I said no, I get the receipt je added the $15 safe move anyway I will not longer use uhaul for this reason. The other reason is van wasn't ready dirty which didnt effect me but I feel it should be clean when renting out and one tire had 21 psi over inflation and the other was 37 psi under so I had to wait for that to be corr.

The gentleman was very nice. He was by himself, but my husband had to help him shovel the truck out of the lot. We were due to pick it up at nine and didn’t get out of the lot till 940.
