Great service by the outlet however the company itself became an issue after the vehicle I rented was vandalized with a broken window. On site for the return was a nightmare.

Fuel should be topped up to full not left in half when customer picking it up. It’s very hard to calculate how much fuel needs to be added upon return. And the vehicle was extremely dirty with all kinds of garbages when picking up.

Perry LThe truck was extremely dirty inside — the steering wheel, seats, floor, and overall interior were all quite filthy. The employee at the gas station/location, however, was very nice, friendly, and quick during both check-in and check-out. I also accidentally paid for the wrong fuel pump, and he later refunded me the difference, which I appreciated. So overall, the staff member provided great service, but the truck itself was disappointing. I will need another truck in about two weeks, so I may check a different location to see if the condition is the same there. The last time I rented from the 204 Fuel location, the truck was in excellent condition and very clean.
Oleg VExcellent overall experience with this location, from start to finish, it was stress-free. Everything was clearly explained in sufficient detail. One suggestion for improvement would be to better advise U-Haul customers in advance that the rental process may occasionally be interrupted while staff assist gas station customers with quick transactions. Especially helpful for first time customers. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
Matthew WCan was very dirty. Steering wheel sticky. Wipers were awful. They needed to be replaced. Truck was less then half full of fuel. They told me to fill it to the same level when done. I did fill to that level. They added another $45 because they said i did not put in enough. In the future rental should have a full tank when i leave the lot. So i can fill to a full tank.
TONY MIf there is damages to the vehicle they should be fixed before next rental, front left side of the bumper cover was broken and caused rubbing on turns in addition to the steering alignment should be straight and not to the left.

Abayomi FI had made a reservation weeks in advance and when I got there U-Haul did not have the truck I had booked, only a small truck. Because of this I had to make several trips to move, increasing the mileage/fuel. I asked for a discount but all I got was $10 discount which in the end was never applied to my bill anyway. The truck was dirty and had a broken mirror. Will definitely recommend friend to AVOID U-Haul.

Kayode OYou picking up the rent from a small mini mart in a gas station. The car was ready but the dolly and the blankets weren't, I had to ask those from the guy and he bring me a utility dolly and not a furniture one, so I asked to change it to the furniture one, although everything was in the order already ordered and paid, if I didn't ask about the dolly I would leave the place assuming it's in the truck but it's not. The truck was Parked in a tiny place next to other Semi truck trucks and all the wat to the truck the road was full of snow that melt and become a mix of water pond and slippery ice. the wipers were turn completely not wiping anything.

jean dThank goodness this location exisits and is helpful. We had a booking at the main location on century. We received the confirmation call and discussed it with an agent. When we arrived the day of our move we were told the booking was cancelled. What a joke. what is the purpose of a reservation if it isnt held. This is the second move we have had go bad with uhaul. I really will consider looking elsewhere before renting again from uhaul.

MANUEL JI drive 40 km and they charge me 68 km, and I call them they said system say you drove 68 km. After that I gave all info where I go count km and also check you gps system where and where I go. After they check give me my refund. Not trustable.
VISHAL JI ordered a truck along with 2 utility dolly’s & a furniture dolly. When I got there to pick the truck up, I asked the staff member if the dolly’s were in the truck and she said, “no we don’t have dolly’s here”. I said “why didn’t I get a phone call about this so I could call another location? She said I could go to another location. I couldn’t go to another location we were in the process of moving. I had to get out of my apartment. So instead of moving taking maybe 6 hours it took us 13 hours, because we didn’t have the dolly’s! I am now injured and so are my movers bc we had no dolly’s! I’m beyond pissed off and I will never go to this location again and I will never recommend this location. Staff was no help and very rude, she spoke to me like it was no big deal that I didn’t have the dolly’s. I want my money refunded to me in full just because of the inconvenience of this situation.
