Although not the ladies fault who checked me in, the system would not allow her to gain access. Rather than taking 10 minutes to checkin, it took almost 30 minutes. I had to come back in after selecting the wrong vehicle and was then shown where my vehicle was parked. The dolly and pads were missing, for which i was refunded on the return. This also set me back time wise as I had to pay for a dolly from a nearby store. The vehicle was dirtier than any uhaul I have rented before in the storage area as well as the driver area. The store offered to refund the pads and dolly when I returned the vehicle. This was a very different experience than what I was used to in the past with Uhaul.

I had a great experience with U-Haul. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and the pickup process was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful and friendly, and everything went according to plan. I appreciate the good service and would definitely use U-Haul again in the future.

ANDREW PI booked the U-haul and they deduct extra amount from my account when I asked the support they did not give me any solution and that u-haul which I drove that was not clean. I cleaned then did the moving. Not a good experience.
Raman LThe location is fine, they do a good job. I was very upset with U-haul. When I arrived to pick up my reserved truck I was unable to rent because U-haul had put a hold on my account because there was a small balance outstanding from a previous rental where my card could not be charged. I was told I had to call U-haul to get it cleared up before I could rent. Wait time was over an hour so I had to stand there for over an hour waiting for a U-haul rep. I have no problem with the hold on my rental because of an outstanding balance. My issue is that I was never told by message or call that the balance existed. If I had been informed of the outstanding balance I would have cleared it up before renting. Very dissappointed.
