Great experience
OLANIYI AI am extremely disappointed with this location. Unfortunately, we were provided a UHaul that experienced significant mechanical problems. Part way through our trip, we stopped at the UHaul mechanic shop in Edmonton where we were told that the UHaul should never have been put on the road in the condition in which it was provided to us. I will be connecting with UHaul because we were put in an unnecessarily unsafe situation.
Nicole DThe person who attended to me was efficient, however the truck was not good. The brakes took long to stop so you have to start applying it long before you want to stop. The truck also showed service tire warning sign. Overall the truck needs proper maintenance or it should be phased out.
Fortune EThe vehicle was old. The engine light was on the whole time. The drivers seat was so worn out it sagged to the left and after only 50 kms I had a sore hip from it. I am predisposed to hip pain but I think anyone would have suffered driving that for any distance. If the vehicle had been newer I would have been happy with the location, service, etc
