Staff were nice, both at pick up and drop off, but the u haul app gave me an error when i tried to pick up this morning. It also gave the employee a hard time when they tried to use the computer. Took 30-45 mins to finish the process before finally getting out of the lot and on my way. Improve online services!

Mathews AAlthough not the ladies fault who checked me in, the system would not allow her to gain access. Rather than taking 10 minutes to checkin, it took almost 30 minutes. I had to come back in after selecting the wrong vehicle and was then shown where my vehicle was parked. The dolly and pads were missing, for which i was refunded on the return. This also set me back time wise as I had to pay for a dolly from a nearby store. The vehicle was dirtier than any uhaul I have rented before in the storage area as well as the driver area. The store offered to refund the pads and dolly when I returned the vehicle. This was a very different experience than what I was used to in the past with Uhaul.
Neelam BI had a great experience with U-Haul. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and the pickup process was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful and friendly, and everything went according to plan. I appreciate the good service and would definitely use U-Haul again in the future.
