Terrible experience checking out vehicle and returning vehicle. Not venders fault, reservation system is terrible, online check out did not work, charges were not as quoted, whole experience was terrible.

DHAWAN D.It is winter in Manitoba!! The tires on the truck are absolutely brutal!! Totally bald. The truck was swaying on the highway and got stuck on a driveway with no snow on it and about a 5 degree incline. It is dangerous and totally unacceptable.

When I took the truck back - I explained the issues and was told I would be given a full refund - instead I've been charged an additional $11.79. Why???? Terrible experience.

ROBERT M.Unorganized staff at pickup/drop off location. They did help move the dollys and furniture pads over to truck which was nice. I called the day before pickup and asked about boxes and the staff said they didn't know and then hung up. The staff was busy dealing with gas customers and took a long time to get truck. It was convenient to be able to get gas right at the location though. The staff wasn't rude and was friendly but I felt it could've been more organized overall. Excellent and friendly customer service on the corporate phone line!

Michael D.Very poor customer service. There was only one person in the Waverly Esso to manage the gas station and UHaul counter. I did not ask for any insurance, but they charged me for it. Also, you have to do everything yourself: cleaning the snow-covered truck, parking, and filling the gas at the end. I am not going there anymore.

Christian S.Gas was not full when they said it was. The back tire was low. They made me go outside and pay a dollar for air. There was garbage in the truck. I asked them if they sprayed the truck down inside and I couldn't understand the guy. Poor location they don't care. Go to Inkster. Fantastic service and clean trucks.

JOHN M.The truck I rented had a warning that the right rear tire needed air. I brought this to the attention of the clerk. He said to ignore that. This location is dark and dreary and old, yet there is no adjustment on the price. However the truck ran well as did the online registration.

Tim N.I am just concerned about that I have to bring the truck with same gas level plus you charge 1.11/km plus the regular rate per day plus rent fees plus the insurance . So you advertise it as 19.95 per day . But I ended up paying 105$ in 2 hrs using it in a short trip inside the city !
MINA M.The truck suspension was very poor. Felt every single bump on the road and it was extremely noisy. Had a class 1 trucker friend drive the rental vehicle and was not impressed at all. The truck was clean on the inside and it fit all of our stuff perfectly.

Baljeet S.I registered on line for the Century location which is close to home. Got a call right away that our truck was on Waverly. Not great, but we had no choice.
Michael G.There were a number of people who came to pick up their rentals at the same time the location opened, 8am on a Saturday morning. There was one associate working, who also had to manage the c-store and gas offering, so the check in process was very time consuming. I was the first person in line, and it still took me 20 mins. before I got the UHaul. I

With that said, they need someone there in the phone in that location that you can understand. Their accent was so strong, I could not understand a single word they were saying. I couldn't even understand where they were located because I just couldn't understand them.

I will definitely be letting people know via social media this location is crap and not to go tjere or trust it. I have rented trucks multiple times this year and all have been around 75 dollars yet this place charged me 124. Not trustworthy

Brad P.I just wonder is there any insurance on the truck? When I rent the truck, Clark say there is no insurance whatsoever because the truck comes from USA. So I pay $15. Which I don't understand. How possibly rent the vehicle without insurance.

LUIZ R.I was over charged. Hi. I rented a 6 x 12 trailer last week, for a 24 hours period and was charged for two days. No gas called me back.
FRANK G.Rented a 6x12' trailer 1.5 months before move out date. Uhaul called 3 days before move out date to notify me that no 6x12' trailers were available. I had to therefore rent a 5x8' trailer and make several trips with no compensation from Uhaul. Not the first time I have had trouble with Uhaul.
