Truck was not at location at my reserved time, which is "guaranteed" by UHAUL. Rental person was unwilling to call previous renters to see how long it would be until they returned the truck. My only option was to call 800-GO-UHAUL to make another reservation. This delayed me by 1 hour, and I had to take a larger truck than I wanted to.JOSEPH M.

I want to make UHaul aware that I am a faithful customer. My experience today was awful to say the least. The truck had less than a quarter tank of gas, was dirty, and the customer service was nonexistent. The Pennsauken branch is running a scam. They want the customer to do all the work, take the mileage and pay for more gas than the management provided. I expressed my disgust to the admin at the desk. I was going to use UHaul on October 1 when I move to my new condo. I will use another company. You lost a customer today. The audacity of the owner and desk clerk to treat ME like a jerk was disgraceful. I will pay more money to another company just so I can forget a company like UHaul trying to rip me off.Marisa T.

I was supposed to pick up my rental at 11:30 pm. I was there a half hour early and the ap would not give me access to my order. I then waited on hold for 45 min to talk to a representative before I was finally able to start the processâ€¦..then, when it prompted me to locate the truck it was boxed in all all ends and I was unable to get itâ€¦â€¦I then had to wait on hold again for another half an hour before the representative tells me to rescheduleâ€¦â€¦.I had this move planned for weeks and I was traveling nearly 600 miles and the company's representative suggested that I â€œrescheduleâ€â€¦â€¦.after nearly 2 hours I was redirected to another location to pick up another truck with none of the rental equipment that I orderedâ€¦â€¦â€¦THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Raymond R.

When equipment isn't available at the location the customer initially chose to pick it up from, CALL THEM! Enough with the "we sent you an email" nonsense. Most people aren't glued to their email. Because no one thought to take the time to call me and inform me that the equipment I rented wasn't available, I had to drive an hour round trip just to pick up the truck, while people were outside of my house waiting to help me move. The miles I had to pay for nearly doubled. Also - thank you for whatever the hell that stick substance was and the half-eaten bag of cookies you left in the cup holder for me.Thomas B.

Please Sanitize and Clean Vehicles more thoroughly also perform routine maintenance check's daily or weekly performing visual inspection of all mechanical and fluid levels to vehicle specification so customers can pick up vehicle's free of safety hazzard and leave at scheduled pickup time any consideration will be greatly appreciated Thank youMURRY G.

The location did not map properly on Waze, I ultimately had to call for directions. As a local to the area, I actually consider that part of 130 the North bound side. Upon return it did not allow me to share my location (after hours) either. I then spent close to 30 min on hold + finally discussing the issue with U-Haul. Lastly, the box by the office door clearly looks like where you should drop they key but then you turn around after and there is a U-Haul drop box. Just poor usability that further added to the frustration of not being able to share my location. After I received my final invoice today, I learned I was also charged for insurance on the rental despite having declined the option.Brian G.

Cargo van was extremely clean. The driver/ passenger area was very evidently cleaned. You could still smell whatever they use to clean the vehicles. Lots of other places I have rented from don't clean to this level of detail. During Covid times, this reassured me that I would be safe renting this vehicle.CHRIS F.
