Movers never used truck, when I explained, upon returning the truck 2 hours later, there was nothing in the UHaul regulations that could help me. It would have been helpful if I was charged half price, at least for an unused truck.

When sending a bill electronically, through email, the bill should be more itemized so that the customer has a better understanding where and how the final cost for the use of the equipment came to be at that final cost

I got the truck for a two day rental I went past two days, I spoke to the head manger on pennsauken branch to keep longer witch ended up being to two week rental. I told him I'm only moving small boxes that the truck does not need the insurance. He said the insurance was off the truck and wood be the regulated rate, he CDC hargett me for insurance anyway and had never to tell me he did say it and he was sorry for any miss lead information. I told him I would hold bring the truck in or stop at another u haul close to me to sign it back out under a new contract and he said no I'm fine 140 dollars adds up for something I didn't want rather then 790 dollars it cost me 930 big difference

Worst experience I could ever have. I was told by multiple uhaul emoloyess that if i decided to pay cash for the truck Policy states i can put $100.00 down and oay the remaining balance when i drop the truck off. Well when i went to pick the truck up at this location I was told I had to pay the full amount upfront. One of the emoliyees ebmven stated "im not sure why its making you pay everything up front that not our policy. Yet nothing was done by anyone at that location to explain to me why i was being singled out. Furthermore when i dropped the truck off I put the keys in the dropbox (which again i was told by a uhaul emoloyee I ciuld nbn use that service when dropping the truck off). About 5mins after I drove of shawn an employee of uhaul called and asked for the keys. I kindly informed him I placed him in the key box. He sound as if he was annoted that I did so, asked me "you know you had to come inside right?" I replied " No i did not i was told i could use that service which yall provide to yall customers". He then HANG UP THE PHONE!! I attempted to call back but noone would answer. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR VISIT THE PENNSAUKEN, NJ LOCATION nor WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

This review is not about this location. This review is based of my rental experience. HORRIBLE 5 hours before pick they change location so have to go out of my way to pick it up. Then they try forcing me to have to return to same location. Finally got in touch with a manger that assured me I can drop off at a more convenient location. Well for the past 3 days I have been called, text and emailed to return a trailer that was already returned. And I am still waiting for my credit. I will never use uhual again

The truck did have a tail light out, but every other thing was perfect. The sweet lady even offered us cold water! That might not mean much, but it was 101 outside.

Truck for way better mileage than I thought and I had to return it with about $50 of extra gas in it. Would have been nice I'd they told me the mileage/ gallon and tank six in advance.

Stop calling customer several times to remind them when the truck needs to be returned. I have rented trucks in the past and I am adult and knows what 24 hours means. I will never rent a truck from here. And I got charged twice!

This location must deal with a lot of customers who steal trucks. But that doesn’t give the rite to treat every customer as a criminal. I was asked to wake up my wife at 8am just so they could verify a second number. I rent U-Hauls 5 days a week. Locations ask for a second number but never force you to call it, I understand they need to protect their property, but on my profile it shows how frequent I rent. It’s obvious I don’t take trucks longer than I say I am or keep them days longer than I say. Also they went into my profile and asked why I rented a truck from another location and didn’t bring it back for two days. I told them the location is closed on sundays so it wasn’t checked in until that Monday. That’s the reason it shows a two day rental. He told me I was lying and called the location. I sat at location for for 40 min just to rent a truck even though I pre log in all my info to save time when I get to the locations which made me late to customer and cost me money. I will make sure to tell any fellow local moving company to never rent from this location. They need training on how to treat customers. Not everyone plans to steal a Uhaul. And I’m not in business to lose money because of someone else’s lack of customer skills.
