The way this facilty was built makes no sense to me. I was given a 2nd floor 10x10 unit and couldn’t fit the furniture for said unit into the elevator because they were so small. We had to carry a super heavy couch up the stairs with no room to move making it super difficult. Makes no sense that the elevators were not made to fit common pieces of furniture!!!

When I did have to visit the office (to renew for another year (pay for 12, get 13)) John or his staff were efficient and friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I never give 5 stars to anyone or anything. UHAUL should be very proud of this location.
