Although this location was as fine for a U-Haul location and although I would recommend it to a friend, I was very disappointed in U-Haul in general. I had my reservation for the Williston, ND location for quite some time, it wasn't until the day before I was to pick up my U-Haul that I received a call telling me that the U-haul I reserved was not available and I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick it up. Then upon return the Fargo, ND location was listed instead of the Albuquerque location, even though I called to confirm everything prior to pick up, the U-Haul representative at the Albuquerque location had to fix the drop off location so that I would not be charged an additional fee. I have rented from U-Haul several times and felt it was very bad business to not have a reserved U-Haul for a customer and make them drive to a location an hour away. I should have and still should receive some sort of a discount for the inconvenience.

jeff qCar hauler trailer right ramp is broke. Car fell off the trailer and a wrecker had to be called to get the car off the trailer i’d like a refund for the trailer rental.

Deborah ERental agent was exceptionally rude. Even argued with me that I even had a reservation. He did not have any of out additional moving materials ready and was actually out of some. If you are able to rent from another location I would recommend doing so. Equipment was clean and fully operational no issues there.

Taylore BMy complaint is not about the location. This is the second time I attempted to rent a specific trailer days ahead and was contacted just before to tell me it is not available. That is why I reserved the trailer more than a week ahead of time.
DANIEL KThe latch on the rear door was broken and upon opening the door, it nearly took my finger off. Once I arrived at my location to return it, there was no jack stand to elevate the trailer and lifting it off of the hitch was a nightmare.

Don MThis location and the man running it was decent and was able to help. I do have a complaint about U-Haul but for the record I am not at all applying this comment to the man/location I got the truck from. I am however extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the 24/7 self service truck share program. It's atrocious and simply did not work. The app has no ability to use the self service, it's just not included in the app at all. When I tried to use the website it simply kept kicking me out and I was not able to pick up my vehicle. I called customer service and they couldn't help me further than just having me keep trying it even though the scientific processes would say you can't keep running the same experiment expecting to get different results. I spoke to maybe 3 different people and none of them could help me and they got frustrated and eventually hung up on me, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER use U-Haul ever again as a result. This business cannot treat people that was I was treated and expect to still get my business. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone. I will try to encourage people to use a different company.

He was only interested in getting me out of the office and wouldn’t offer to help hook the AT up until I asked him politely because I just had cataract surgery on both eyes. He was a real jerk is more like it. Thank you.

ethan hWe should have never had to use this location. We reserved a truck at the Williston ND location several weeks in advance. We went to confirm the reservation 2 weeks prior to pickup and were told it would be ready and to come back 2 days before pickup to confirm. When we went out 2 weeks prior there were 2 trucks and auto transports sitting on the lot at Williston they were still there when we went back 2 days before pickup but we were told then we would have to go to Watford City to pickup the truck and trailer. When we got there we were charged 500.00 more than what we were quoted at Williston. It made no sense to me why I couldn't have had the truck and transport that was at Williston. To me the manager at Williston was not willing to get their equipment ready for us there because of the cold weather or he was just plain lazy. I would like a refund of the extra cost we incurred and the inconvenience of having to drive a hour both ways to get a truck that should have been ready at Williston.

Don MClean the sticky drips out of the cup holders. Also, make sure your customer gets the right truck. I was given one with 70,000 more miles on the odometer than was stated on my contract. It took over an hour to get that corrected (I ended up with the more “seasoned” vehicle). The delay was not my dealer’s fault; the wrong truck was.

Dwayne KTried to charge me 197 for fuel fill up and going over mileage. Thank god I took a picture in the lot of the pick up location. I returned it more than 100 miles allowed and over where the fuel needed to be. They are dishonest.
Jacob JNothing wrong with this location; my problem is having to drive 170 miles round trip to pick up the truck. Then; U Haul has the audacity to indicate I received "free" extra mileage. Really? I dont remember being reimbursed for the extra $ 100 in fuel I shelled out or the 3 hours of my time when I intended to be packing up. The bean counters are going to destroy your company....awful way of engendering loyalty. So....for customer service I give you a big fat 0.
