The guy at this location seemed less than enthusiastic about us showing up to pick up our rental trailer. I understand that it is waterford city where life is rough. He was very short with conversation and answering questions with snappy replies. we werent sure he was going to help us hook up the trailer, so we went out to do it ourselves. He finally wandered out and helped us saying nothing but you can go after he hooked it up. Maybe just a bad day for him but he seemed annoyed that we were two women picking up a trailer.

Little better organized, more professional looking office. Maybe retire the 72 year old gentleman. This was the nearest place the equipment we requested was located. 1.5 hours each way.
RAY JU-Haul was dirty and not filled with gas at pick up only half full. Owner at storage place we picked it up at was rude and had zero customer service skills. He didn’t have us do a walk around of the truck and said he’d already done it. Won’t refer this location to anyone and wish I’d gone out of town to rent one.
