U-Haul was dirty and not filled with gas at pick up only half full. Owner at storage place we picked it up at was rude and had zero customer service skills. He didn’t have us do a walk around of the truck and said he’d already done it. Won’t refer this location to anyone and wish I’d gone out of town to rent one.

Could’ve had the trailer I rented and confirmed I had the day before, instead I get there and I’m the notified they don’t have the trailer, but of course there’s another one I’m forced to use for an up charge
