For starters , the man that ran the uhaul rentals was very unfriendly. To top that off, the trailer he hooked up for us didn’t have working brake lights or turn signals and he just told us to go on and didn’t say anything. We had to drive across the country as we had no other option. There wasn’t an abundance of uhaul trailers in that area. It made my move more stressful and wasted time as we tried to figure out what was wrong with the lights. I think it was very unprofessional and unsafe to not mention the lights were not working and we were “good to go.” Very disappointed

The guy who worked there was very cold and spoke very little during the pick up process. He seemed bothered we were even there to pick up the truck. It was a. Awkward experience.

Marissa MThe guy at this location seemed less than enthusiastic about us showing up to pick up our rental trailer. I understand that it is waterford city where life is rough. He was very short with conversation and answering questions with snappy replies. we werent sure he was going to help us hook up the trailer, so we went out to do it ourselves. He finally wandered out and helped us saying nothing but you can go after he hooked it up. Maybe just a bad day for him but he seemed annoyed that we were two women picking up a trailer.
