The reason I answered no on the question is because the vehicle had over 170,000 miles and was running kind of rough engine wise to me. The windshield wipers were wore out and needed to be replaced. That was the only things that made me answer this question no but this facility that I rented it from is a top-notch facility .

Communication is key! I did everything on my end and was told i was getting and email that I still haven’t received. I had to keep reaching out. It was closed during open hours. I should have gotten my deposit back by now. I was told not to worry etc but I’m still waiting. Terrible drop off location.

I moved to another storage company due to price. The new facility within a quarter of a mile was 50% less and was equall clean, secure and well maintained.

The equipment is good. The staff is unhelpful. We received a call a few minutes after our rental day was completed and a new rental day was starting to be asked to return the truck because another reservation needed it. Which is not a problem except they still wanted to charge us for a full extra day even though the new customer would have his/her reservation start. If they had called a few hours before the end of my reservation day, we would have had no issues returning the truck within the window to not start a new day. But they made sure to call 15-20 mins after so we could pay a whole new 24hours but yet not keep the truck for 24hours.

First off, the lady that hooked up the trailer to m truck did not have the hitch fastened tight. Before I left the parking lot, I stopped to check the hitch and it was very loose. I tightened the latch knob down the threads about 3/4 of an inch more. No doubt if I had not checked it the trailer would have come loose and damaged would have occurred had I not tightened the latch. Upon bringing it back, nobody did a check out in the office, but simply had me un-hook the trailer and leave. We made sure the trailer was empty of any trash or debris, but someone thought they should add a cleaning fee to my ticket to which I did not see, until yesterday morning, checking my email. After talking to someone on the phone at that location they obviously have no people skills communicating and did not have any concern about refunding money on the cleaning fees. After dealing with various rental stores over the years, I would have to say these people are the worst I have dealt with and will not return to this location again. I will till all of my friends not to use them as well.

The pickup/dropoff location was great with friendly and helpful staff. The website for uhaul did not work when trying to upload images of the rental truck, that was a bit of an inconvenience, but the great staff at 24-storage was able to help me resolve the issue through another method.

I've used U-haul before or I never experienced many problems. In this case, the equipment had serious mechanical issues. I managed to get My move accomplished safely and return the equipment. I told the agent of the issues and can only believe that they will address them. Problems occur that are out of anyone's control and I still have faith in U Haul and will indeed use them again.

Drop off location of people there were very helpful. It is sad that they are offering U-Haul for a rental truck company. I would suggest the storage place switch to a better company than U-Haul as U-Haul is terrible.

- I recommend going to ocean springs location, instead of pascagoula! Well mannered employees and very helpful! I made reservations for pascagoula location and my truck NEVER CAME , SO I had to switch locations to ocean springs !

The location is nice and the people are friendly and helpful. The specific truck I got was uncomfortable to drive (because it was a Ford) and had roughly 50k miles with all the warning lights on. I only needed the truck locally so it wasn't an issue, I would have been really uncomfortable taking this specific truck on a long trip.

I missed a step of verifying the mileage in the renting process and verified the mileage when I checked it in and they said I went 27 miles when I live 6 miles away and she calculated the mileage based off my address and confirmed how far it was. I didn’t even have to refill the truck because it never fail below full… instead of being understanding she blamed me and said there was nothing she could do about it and Uhaul would come after me for fraud over a $34 charge. I will never use Uhaul again and recommend to everyone I know to not use Uhaul.

I returned the rental truck with 1/2 tank of gas as I had gotten it but was charged $14.00 . As if it were not 1/2 full. The gas needle was touching the 1/2 line when I returned the truck.

This facility, much like the one located at Woodmen/I-25 in Colo. Spgs., CO, is the best of America. The employees are hard workers who seem to have maintained their civic sensibilities. Kudos to corporate HR. Melissa is beyond phenomenal. She's a keeper! Have interacted MANY times and she has a consistency that is impossible to purchase. Gary and the rest of the staff, all ladies, are the essence of hospitality. Great store! Have and will continue to highly recommend!

The cost is prohibitive. We were able to get a 5x10 (not quite as big as our 8x10 but adequate for our needs) for less than half the price that you guys charge. Need to look at this and adjust accordingly if you want to keep your facilities full. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

When I signed up they had buy one month get one free month ,However they billed my credit card for the second month so I wound up with a third month although I didn’t need it. There was a cat locked in the facility I know from the Sunday that I called and First reported it to the next Wednesday I believe before they got the cat out, my clothes smell like cat everything in my storage smells like cat .I Spent $218 dry cleaning some of my clothes, Another $75 washing all my comforters and blankets at a laundromat, so no I was not very happy when I was told that they would not help cover the expenses from the cat smell on everybody’s clothing and merchandise. Numerous times I couldn’t get into my unit because the doors would not work ,there were three doors in my building and I have to play multiple-choice and hope that one of them won’t be open, one night I couldn’t get any of them open.There is no way to contact anybody there’s no phone number listed anywhere to call in case of emergency I think it would be better managed. They definitely need somebody on call 24 seven for situations like the cat in the storage that could’ve been taken out on a Sunday if somebody could’ve been reached, I have also been there on numerous occasions while people were there to get into their storage unit that were never given an access code thank God one of them was in my building and I was able to give him mine, and also times when people just got there with the U-Haul can’t get in the building and somebody there at one time trying to return the U-Haul.I would suggest a number provided for 24 hour emergency service to help solve situation like this I still can smell cat on my things and I won’t take them in my house I have them in my garage because I don’t want my house smelling like cat and I am doing everything I can to get the odor out I understand they pressed charges against the people that left the cat there but that doesn’t do anything to help those of us that have to suffer from the smell of their cat ,and my dog goes ballistic in my garage searching for that said cat,!Sorry to rant but had they not charged me for the second month when it was supposed to been free I would not have been there for the cat situation instead $249 I guess for one more months rent and the Fact that I had to spend another $370 on dry cleaning and laundromat I’m not very happy, I have a simple job I clean houses for a living my income is not steady and I sure wasn’t expecting extra expenses,When they drafted my account that second month for the payment when it was supposed to be free I had three things that didn’t clear the bank so guess what that also incurred more charges another $105, but by the grace of God since I’ve never ever bounced a check I went and talked to them at the bank and they were able to rectify the situation but I had to miss a days work to go take care of that and borrow money from a friend to put money in the bank so that it wouldn’t happen on another check that I wrote.They never offered to credit my account when I found out they charged the second month they just told me my next month would be free and they blocked out my credit card on their computer so it couldn’t accidentally be charged, when I asked what they were going to do to accommodate people for the cat situation nothing unless you had insurance,Who would ever think they would need insurance because Someone locked a cat up in a storage unit for a week, what are the odds of that happening but once again nothing was offered with assistance due to the odor of the cat all of my clothing and personal belongings I guess my definition of climate control is not an 85° storage unit but most of the times that’s what the readings were on the thermostats I know it’s even hotter than that in the storage units. Other climate control units that I have rented they were always Anywhere between 72 and 76° depending on how often the door had been open And there was no adequate lighting to see was at night there were no lighting available in any of the units 10x20 It gets pretty dark in there there weren’t even any available outlets on the exterior walls to maybe run an extension cord for a small lamp so maybe you could see,I don’t know maybe the rules varies state to state this is the first time ever I’ve rented one where it was so hot, No assistance from any employee when needed and there was no power source whatsoever once you got inside the building that’s definitely a first. I would never suggest this place to anybody my experience has been absolutely horrible and costly
