Set up more practical drop offs everything was great we had a great experience until the end when we tried to return it in quitman the return address you sent me in my text message was not valid so we drove around for like 30 extra mins trying to find the right uhaul place to return it we finally found the one on w franklin street haha but other than that it was great

The employee that handled our return did not know how to unhitch the trailer, we removed our own, which was fine. But all employees should be trained how to use the equipment they are responsible for renting out.

I used the after hours drop off (Christmas afternoon) and it was very user friendly. The only thing I was unsure of was the receipt did not appear in my email until about 12 hours after the return so I was not sure everything was complete until I received it.

The passenger side tire hold strap was broken and inoperable on the car trailer I rented. This went undiscovered until it was to late to attempt to exchange for another trailer. I had to purchase a heavy duty ratchet strap to properly secure the vehicle I was transporting. Additionally, I was charged a unexpected $75.00 deposit for a one way trailer rental that was getting returned in GA. I don't see the logic for that & the agent could not explain to me why that was happening.

Great vehicle! Never a problem. Gas mileage was as advertised as I was towing a car hauler with vehicle.

The car hauler could use some replacements. The tire tie downs ratchets were rusty and difficult to tighten and release. The hand crank for the tongue support is well worn. After way too many turns the action finally begins, going up or down.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The truck (26 foot truck) had a check engine light on and had transmission issues accelerating from 1st to 2nd gear at every stop. This was the first truck the rental place ever had and I'm sure they were not aware of the issue. The staff was very friendly
