Just didn't understand how you charge per mile then make me fill the tank then charge an after hour fee when I didn't rent the uhaul till close to 3 pm

GWENDOLYN LThe only thing I would highly recommend is to fix the ledge near the area that the trailers were stored. When Mike showed me the trailer with the ramp, I moved to the left of the trailer and lost my balance over the demented blocks into the drop off. I am glad I didn’t hurt myself, but it is a definite safety hazard. Mike didn’t even ask if I was hurt. Disappointed. I will not use this u-haul store the next time we need it.
