When they are stuck in mud to not laugh or lol in a text. Not hang up on them when they called saying we’re not getting anywhere. Just very unprofessional and poor customer service.
SAFONYA VGentlemen helping me covertly attempted to add a $70 insurance product, that was never discussed during our interaction. The representative stumbled in his explanation, when I confronted him about the additional charges. Seeing that he already ran the transaction, he had to issue a refund and waste 15 minutes of my time reringing me up. I also had to wait a few days until that $230 was available to me.
