debra wSend to location in Pascagoula, MS that never has trailers even though App guaranteed. Then app reserved trailer 10 miles away that did not have one way trailers. That location directed me to location 30 miles away and guaranteed reservation. Drove there an that location had been closed for six months. Back to Ocean Springs location that would have a trailer the next morning. Lost a day and drove @100 miles chasing bad U-Haul information. OS location gave me a trailer and I proceeded to North Carolina without incident. When I unloaded and attempted to turn in at Lake Wylie, SC the OS location had assigned the wrong trailer number on contract. SC location manager had to teach a central dispatcher how to trace trailers and assign the trailer I had to the contract so they could accept. trailer. EXCEPT FOR SC MANAGER THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS INCOMPETENT. HOW IS IT THAT APPS ASSIGNS TRAILERS FROM A CLOSED LOCATION, Location that does not have trailers,etc. I want a phone call before I file a complaint with BBB, yelp, etc. WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. EVERYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE EXCEPT S C LOCATION……
