The only thing I would highly recommend is to fix the ledge near the area that the trailers were stored. When Mike showed me the trailer with the ramp, I moved to the left of the trailer and lost my balance over the demented blocks into the drop off. I am glad I didn’t hurt myself, but it is a definite safety hazard. Mike didn’t even ask if I was hurt. Disappointed. I will not use this u-haul store the next time we need it.

Dwayne HI especially love the indoor storage compared to my last storage location. Theirs was mostly outdoor units and had a big rat infested problem. At least yours is indoors and climate controlled. I now have a 10x15 unit with you and simply love it, although the automatic door closes frequently and have to re-enter the pass code. Other than that I am well pleased with U-Haul facilities and would definitely recommend anyone to consider your facilities in the future. Have a blessed day
