Uhaul Dealer but was able to work through all the stuff Uhaul corporate screwed up. 800 number was useless, thank God for the people at 24 hr storage.

Gary CI would like to begin by saying that I live in South Mississippi, where the summer temperatures—especially in July—are extremely hot. Within approximately 10 miles of starting my commute, I noticed that the air conditioner began blowing less and less cold air. About five miles later, it stopped producing cold air altogether and was only blowing warm air at a very low speed. I paid over $150 for a vehicle that did not have a properly functioning air conditioning system. Given the weather conditions and the cost of the rental, I find this to be unacceptable. A working air conditioner is not a luxury in this climate—it is an essential feature that I reasonably expected to be in proper working order. I am not someone who complains without cause, but I do believe this situation warrants compensation. I paid for a vehicle that did not meet reasonable expectations due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system, and I respectfully request appropriate reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. MYRA II wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name that was working at check in, he was very friendly, polite and was able to answer my 101 questions, storage rooms were very clean and had plenty of room to load my household items
