My U-Haul reservation included a furniture dolly, and I paid for it during checkout. However, when I picked up the truck, the furniture dolly was not inside the vehicle. Because of this, my move became much more difficult and inconvenient. I was also expecting a refund for the missing equipment, but I still have not received one. I would appreciate it if you could review my reservation and process the refund for the furniture dolly as soon as possible.

The empty lot next to this convenience store is filthy and smells like human excrement behind the store. Additionally, I wasted 30 minutes with the app because it kept telling me to take the pictures over and over and over. I finally called Customer Service where Stephen told me that the transaction had been closed out 30 minutes prior despite what the App was telling me. Very unhappy with using the app.
