Have a uhaul rental agent available for when a customer is picking up a rental. The gentleman that helped us was very kind although he was a mechanic and the rental agent who was to assist us didn't show up for work that day and there was no one else there who knew how to provide the service needed for the rental. Thankfully the mechanic was able to call the general manager, who was out of state, and they talked the mechanic through the process. Thank you to the mechanic and the general manager!Carolyn W.

When I returned the truck, I asked for the help of an employee who was in the shop, and he was quite rude and unhelpful. He said the shop was closed, to leave the truck and it would be taken care of on Monday. However, the gate and the shop door were unlocked. I spoke with at least three different people at this location, and all but one of them were rude, condescending, and dismissive. It was difficult to figure out where to go to drop of keys, and while I was looking around for the correct entrance, I called the number listed in the U-Haul app for help. Instead of explaining where to go, the person said â€œI don't know, maybe the building with the big U-Haul sign?â€ The woman who was working apologized on behalf of my treatment by her male coworkers, and she was kind yo me, but despite this, I will never return to this U-Haul location.robert C.

Constant confusion between two people who worked there. Got charged a cancellation fee after I asked them to cancel it for me due to a messed up reservation. Constant fees were charged when they weren't supposed to which caused my account to be overdrawn. Overall not impressed and quite frankly upset and will never use this location again.Kourtnee T.

I was nervous about renting from this location at first. My last experience here was not good, but it's the only local place that had the truck I needed. But the girls were so nice, and accommodating. We were in and out of there in about five minutes. They helped to make our, what could've been, hectic moving experience very smooth. We turned our vehicle in on a Saturday and no one was working for U-Haul that day. Had to deal with two mechanics that were gruff and felt we were interrupting them. The checkout process was sketchy and if you didn't have cell phone service, you were basically screwed with turning in your vehicle. The drop off spot is next to a junk yard so not the most inviting place to turn in your rental.Debra B.
The manager at this location was rude and wouldn't accommodate a resolution to my complaint regarding the filth I was of the pick up I reserved. He told me flat out that I wasn't getting a refund. I told him that I wasn't asking for a refund. I was asking for a replacement. He insisted that I wait while they cleaned the oil out of the bed of the truck. I told him I didn't have the time to wait and asked for one of the other trucks in the lot as a replacement. He just walked off. I called UHaul customer service immediately and was placed on hold for over 50 minutes. I had to get to work so I hung up. I'm still unsatisfied and will not continue renting from this location until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction. I will be contacting the BBB.Tristin R.
1) I went to look at the large van with a ramp to make sure it was big enough to transport my stuff last week. Made the trip to look at it. Said yes I want it because the ramp is huge to me. I got there the small regular van was there no ramp, no big one with ramp. The cab was much smaller as well as the loss of at least three feet in back. I had already made plans to go pick up my stuff from the ex which isn't fun to begin with. I had to take it!!! The old bait and switch routine!!!! 2) she said the tank was full in the office and didn't take me out to go through the van. She had me sign it in the office. The tank was at a little over 3/4 full. 3) the van wasn't big enough (as I knew) but I had to show at the ex's to get my stuff. They knew they had me. 4) when I asked where my van was with the ramp she told me she hasn't had one there for4 months! I saw it and reserved it a week in advance. She Basically called me a liar. This doesn't sit well with me. 5) I called from my destination to see if I could exchange the van for the larger and drive the larger van back to them. They said as I signed the form saying it was a two way rental, even though they obviously had rented out the van I had reserved before I got there. The van had Arizona plates so does that tell me anything? They were extremely rude about the whole thing. 6) due to the fact that her inaccurate paperwork about the full tank, I had to put an extra 18.99 into the tank and drive to town which was an additional 10 miles plus the 1.09 a mile. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm a 61 year old woman and this is the worst experience I've had with u haul my whole life. They are not truthful and gauged me hard for money. I will NEVER rent from them again unless things change there. Quite frankly it left a really bad taste in my mouth about the complete lack of customer service.Rebecca B.

The vehicle was very good, in every way. We appreciate being able to have a 24 hour time slot so that we don't have to rush to meet an (impossible) 6:00 p.m. turn-in time. Thank you for having a number of vehicles available to rent. One bigger comment is, we are surprised this office does not open at 8 rather than 9 a.m. â€” or even open at 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. It seems to us a lot of commercial and private uhaul renters would definitely start earlier, if you can staff up for it.Linda B H.

Truck I wanted was 10' but they wouldn't give me a ten foot, gave me a 15'. Truck had not been cleaned since previous use. Mileage calculations incorrect. Over billed. Perhaps do not tell the customer they will be reimbursed for extra gas left in the truck when the receipt says you do not get reimbursed. I was on the road as soon as I picked the truck up so I couldn't read the entire reciept. When quoting prices let the customer know what mileage costs so there is no surprise when you get to the store and see the bill.aaron D.

The pickup location was helpful and everything was pretty smooth. If there is a way for customers to know that cell service is spotty it could help some confusion during the pick-up and drop-off when selecting the mobile check-in option. We had requested a single box (pod) which we knew could be hailed by my Jeep Wrangler but the individual said that there was only one trailer that they had and it already had 2 pods attached to it.
