Overall, our experience was below average. We called ahead multiple times in the past to request access to our U-Boxes, but when we arrived, the boxes often were not ready and staff had to move them around while we waited. Most recently, scheduling showed that we would arrive at 9:00 a.m., but the location said they were not expecting us until noon, which caused more confusion. Two of our three U-Boxes were fine, but the third had a serious mouse issue. Our belongings were covered in mouse urine and droppings, there were signs of nesting, and several items had to be thrown away, including a loveseat. We also noticed wood screwed over a hole on the outside of the box with caulking around it, which made us wonder whether the issue had been noticed before without us being notified. Better communication, preparation, and care of stored goods would have made a significant difference.

Tell us when you will need to access the container. If you ship it to a new city but don't need it yet, we can store it for you at our secure warehouse.

We deliver the containers to you and pick them up when you're ready. If you would rather take it home yourself, use our specially built trailer or pack it at a U-Haul location.

We will store your container at our secure warehouse or we can ship anywhere in the world. You will hear from us when the container is in transit and when it arrives at its destination.
