Philipp RWhen I entered the location there was no one in the office. I was anxious to know if I had parked the truck in a good place. I went looking for an employee and unknowingly crossed a line on the floor that says Do Not Enter. When I found a mechanic further into the shop, another employee came out yelling at me about crossing the line. When I approached him he grabbed the key out of my hand and threw it into the empty office onto a desk saying, “have a nice day”, very sarcastically and walked away without saying anything else. No verification of fuel level or cleanliness of the truck. I will not return to this location if I can help it

She explained to me what to expect at every step of the way, and made sure all my questions were answered. I had already recommended this location to someone before I came back with the rental!
