Dont use this location. I got charged two times. Km wasnt matching whatever on the app says. After I dropped off the vehicle, the manager doesnt know to help or just tricked us to not help. Ended up two times charged, ridiculous..

The UHaul app is not intuitive. The interface does not clearly indicate what is expected of the user at each step. The web browser version of the site is somewhat better but I was using the app and it didn't help me much.

TOUFIC HI had my worst UHaul rental experience at this location. My truck's interior was not very clean. The staff are intimidating and threatening. I was approached by 3 different staff members at different times of the day emphasizing that I could not park my car on their lot unless I paid $5 upon drop off. There are no signs saying they charge for parking and the lot is shared with other businesses. Their parking spots are not marked. When I asked them if I would receive a receipt indicating I paid for 'parking,' I was told I would not. This location is very shady with aggressive staff. I would not recommend this location to anyone and would recommend some investigation into how this location runs their business.

TIMOTHY SKey Issues: 1. Incorrect Contract Timing: Despite requesting a pickup time of approximately 8:30 AM, I was shocked to discover that the rental contract had been incorrectly set to 3:00 AM. This was not only inaccurate but also caused confusion and logistical complications, especially since I was not informed of this discrepancy prior to arriving at the location. 2. Canceled Contract Still Charged: After realizing that the contract details were incorrect and that the necessary equipment (such as the dolly I reserved) was not available, I consulted with your customer service call center. The agent confirmed that the contract could be canceled — and I was assured there would be no charge. However, the rental location still processed a charge to my account. This is unacceptable, especially for a reservation that was both incorrect and unused. 3. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior from Staff: The store owner or manager I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive when I attempted to explain the issue. Rather than assisting me or helping to resolve the situation, they were confrontational and refused to acknowledge the errors in the contract or the unavailability of the reserved equipment.
RAKESH MFirst, The truck was faulty i was stuck on mid due to hand break problem wasted my time. second, The bill is also charged with wrong amount. i submitted on time but still charged for two days. Third, i did not select damage coverage insurance but still charged. How such a large company can do these stupid mistakes….????
