The U-Haul rep threatened me via the phone. I had the recording and has made already a formal complaint. He threatened me and threatened my life. I had to call the police and I am traumatized. I will never recommend this location to anybody and I would never book from this location ever again.

Rezaul HNot the best service by the first guy that I was there with a reservation for 630 and there was no van apparently until some other guy came and I got out of there like 7:15 AM. It was a struggle that’s not customer service from U-Haul.
