I was over charged, there was no clear basis of how many kilometers I used and the rate per kilometer. By my calculation I should have been charged $61 only but I was charged $135. Kindly refund me for the extra $74 charged. Im not happy with U haul at all and I will leave a bad review if nothing is done

The staff was very friendly but i would rather like to express my concerns about the website, it was very complicated to navigate and the charges was not explained or posted properly, also it was glitchy at the time of picking up the truck it somehow added the insurance for me even though i didn't wanted any Poor experience
Arslan QI was charged arround 75$ + 15$ Refueling for a Cargo van which i drove just 25km. how is this justifiable when You guys ad for 19$. Mobile pickup experience was terrible it wasn’t working probably then i had to wait on counter for 30mints. i got eventually 1 hours less. App wasn’t working properly.
Raghuveer SThe main issues are related to U-haul, not the location. There was damage to the emergency parking break handle, there was no way to upload a picture on the app, and I also noticed the cargo floor had some scratches. I decided to send an email and I was able to send one email, but the second email didn't work, probably because U-Haul is limiting the number of emails per rental, which in this case was not a good experience. I also could not find a general email address on the website. There was also an error on the gas gauge at pick up, which I reported on the app. I was charged insurance fee when in fact I did not select insurance at reservation, that should be refunded. At return I used the app and checked out but it never registered on the U-haul system, despite getting the final screen for checkout. I requested a call back for 2:45 pm which I never received. I tried to submit another call back and it didn't allow because there was already a call back that was logged, even though that was 5 hours after the agreed time and I had never received the call. Overall not a great experience at all, and I still expect a call back please for this rental.
