The app didn’t work and when I asked for assistance, the clerk, while very helpful, didn’t have the accessories I had reserved. Better go to a better stocked location. Again, the clerk was a great help.

This was my second time using U-Haul, so I was already familiar with the rental process. Unfortunately, this location made the experience very disappointing. When I arrived, the representative was unable to find my reservation, even after I provided the phone number associated with it. Instead of locating the existing reservation, he created an entirely new order. We suggested completing the pickup through the U-Haul app, since we had successfully used it before, but he insisted that we could not use the app for pickup. He also insisted that we had to use a credit card, even after we explained that we had previously rented from another U-Haul location using a debit card without any issues. He simply told us that the process had changed. The rental itself was also disappointing. The van was dirty when we received it, and although we had reserved and paid for a dolly, it was never provided. What made the experience even more frustrating was the inconsistency. During pickup, we were repeatedly told that we could not use the app. However, when we returned the van, the same representative told us to complete the drop-off ourselves using the app. This contradicted everything we had been told earlier. Overall, the service was disorganized, inconsistent, and lacked attention to detail. Because of this experience, we will not be renting from this U-Haul location again. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for future renters.
ryan aThe U-Haul rep threatened me via the phone. I had the recording and has made already a formal complaint. He threatened me and threatened my life. I had to call the police and I am traumatized. I will never recommend this location to anybody and I would never book from this location ever again.
