How U-Haul Reviews WorkI came for 630pm pick up and dropped off about 2:50am (about 9 hours) and I told the man there I scheduled for 545 but I don't want this to affect my fee because I got held up and am picking up later but also scheduled for 6 hours and need to increase the time I scheduled as my mover helper was running behind. He assured me that my rent fee wouldn't change, that it was based on the km I used. When I went to drop off, I was charged DOUBLE. I would not recommend this location only because of this, you are not told accurate information and then given surprise charges. If I am to be refunded my $20 for given false information and the gentleman organizing the uhauls there learns how to properly inform customers of how they will be charged for the service, only then would I recommend this location because everything else was fine!
