extra charge, they just keep charging you more, and put coverage on you even you decline it. watch out for your bill, uhaul just getting worse and worse every year, just go rent somewhere else

Jashandeep KABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When asked about the explanation of charges, the location owner, named Bakhtiar repeatedly did not have an answer and instead instigated a brawl and wanted to physically fight and assault me. Wanted to call police until other people de-escalated the situation. His associate Rahmatullah did not have answers either. I was overcharged. I never opted for insurance. I was charged insurance. I returned with more gas than I received and they still argued it was less. Absolutely horrendous experience. They should not have represented U-Haul. Bakhtiar was repeatedlt hurling profanity and slurs. Saying the Bit#% word and you’re not a man & saying to fight him if you’re not a coward. Continuously saying the F. I just wanted an explanation of the charges. When he didn’t have an answer he started slurring abuses and curse words. This is not customer service. The truck itself had steering wheel issues and transmission problems. Not maintained at all. It was dirty inside and smelled of food. We didn’t complain cause the task at hand was time sensitive. Overall horrible experience!!!!!
YAAHYA SI had no issues with the guy and all my problems help to solve them with me and he was very polite and patient with me.
