The equipment was fine. However, your service leaved alot to be desired. Fir example, I wanted to add a set of hand trucks to my order. I called the location and was greeted with a lackluster "Hello". I felt like I called a residence. Wouldn't the professional response be "U-Haul, can I help you?". I was put on hold, which I understand, for a long while. When it was my turn, the employee said that she did not have the ability to add the item, she'd have to call a supervisor and she would call me back. After waiting for the return call for 6 hours, I called back and was told that they didn't have any hand trucks and was given the number of someone (a supervisor?) and that I could try back in a hour. After this, I called a regional office where I was told that the computers were down and try back in an hour. Shortly afterward this last phonecall, a "supervisor" (?) called and said that the hand trucks would be there. Other than the "supervisor", each employee that I talked to seemed uninterested, detached and just this side of surly. Not very professional. Given another personal moving company, I would not use U-Haul again after the attitude and inconvenience.

TERYLL JI didn’t know until the day before that the location was changed and I had no idea it would be at a gas station. The attendant had to keep stopping and helping his customers. We were there about 45 minutes which when moving is time spent. He was very nice but that was cutting into my time.
MELODY WMy truck was not available and I was sent to a different location. I did not receive my 50 dollar credit for the reservation and the person could not figure out how I could drop it off in Indianapolis to save 200 dollars.
NEIL DThis is the second time I’ve used this facility and it’s been terrible. Firstly their mobile service does not work. When I went inside to check in the workers had no clue what to do. I had to wait an hour for their manager who was at home to call U-Haul to verify my reservation then call them back so that I could get in my truck. The truck was in rough shape and had someone’s SS card and birth certificate in it. Please stay away from this one!

DAVID BThe gas station we pick this trailer up from did not know what they were doing. We had to tell them three times we had an online order, but they kept trying to start a new order. We had the trailer scheduled for three days, but somehow it changed back to the default of two days. While we were waiting to get our order in, they had to keep stopping to wait on customers in the store. One time, there was about five people waiting. It took us about 30 minutes to get the trailer. You should not have gas stations renting out U-Hauls.
Richard FI would suggest that all trailers have the hitch sitting on a hitch stand. It makes it easier to connect the trailers to the hitch ball.
