I was never notified of the change from my pick up at Samps, a place I know well. After calling UHaul help, she told me of the change. I drove there and the equipment was huge. I booked a 20ft and if I had been called, I would have chosen a 15ft if I could not get the 20. This site had this parked nose in, which I have never had before. And after all this, the tank was on 1/4. Never had to get gas before I even get on the road. Samps is less than 0.2 miles away and had more Uhauls than I have ever seen there and I think UHaul rerouted me to this place just to give them business. I double checked my email, my texts, and the app b4 I went to Samps as I have had the switcheroo before. When I called UHaul help, she sent a text at 0800 with the change. I was calling her at 756 am for my 8 am pick up and I was at Samps, Troy, OH. WE use Uhaul about 6 times or more per year and this was an awful experience. I was only grateful that my husband did not drop me off as offered. Then I would have had to walk in the cold rain to the other location.
