I had a reservation in piqua but had to drive to Troy to get it which is 20 extra miles that I got charged for thanks for screwing me over !!

JAMES RThe location was fine. My issue is after returning the truck 39 minutes late, I was charged for an additional full day. I was never told that was even a possibility at time of pick up. I have used Uhaul a number of times. This billing experience causes it to be my last. I am a completely dissatisfied customer and will certainly share this experience to anyone considering using Uhaul in the future.
