The self service pick up and drop off is a breeze. The keys were available when and where they should have been The truck was very clean on the inside and completely full of fuel. I have noticed the last several times I have rented a U-haul that the vehicles in general throughout the fleet are much better maintained than in years past. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Joseph BThis online reservation is crap!! Way too complicated and hard to deal with. Pictures before all the way around and after the same? That should be the dealer's responsibility not mine!! Couldn't figure out how to use the key! Then it wouldn't go in the ignition a slot until the rep fixed it. Just not happy with overall experience that was clunky and complicated!! Will never do it again! I will go where they will do the work and not me! It would have been one thing if you were discounting the rate for me doing all your work but you didn't, so no not again. Very poor experience.
