All aspects of the ramp operation and the overhead door desperately need to be greased. The latch that secures the ramp in the stowed position was so dry it would not snap into the closed position on its own. Release latch on overhead door was the same. Folks at this location were nice as could be.

Brett BTruck drives like a log wagon and the pull out ramp sucks as there’s a big dip when going in or out that makes you almost trip and fall! I’m lot a fan of the app either way! Should be an employee that does all that stuff for as much as your being charged!!!!
