This online reservation is crap!! Way too complicated and hard to deal with. Pictures before all the way around and after the same? That should be the dealer's responsibility not mine!! Couldn't figure out how to use the key! Then it wouldn't go in the ignition a slot until the rep fixed it. Just not happy with overall experience that was clunky and complicated!! Will never do it again! I will go where they will do the work and not me! It would have been one thing if you were discounting the rate for me doing all your work but you didn't, so no not again. Very poor experience.

2 nd time th e van was f filthy and we brought it back with more gas than when we took it and we didn’t get a credit for that
D'Arcey gI made a reservation a week from my move date and setup online pickup so we could go pickup the van and start moving as we only had 3 days to move. The reservation was setup, but the keys for the equipment weren't ready and the appliance dolly was not in the van. We had to wait an hour for the store to open and wait another hour and a half to actually get our equipment because of the slow system. The employee who took care of us was very kind and worked as fast as he could to fix the situation. There were two other people besides me who had to deal with the same situation. For better customer service pleaase fix your website. Other than my schedule being put back the equipment was excellent and easy to use.
