EDWARD BOur rental of the actual van was fine. The biggest issue was the hand truck that I rented as part of my truvk rental was not available when we picked up the truck. We ended up having to carry everything by hand to load it into the truck - NOT HAPPY. Everyone is now sore and complaining about the rental.
DIana SDropped off hours. Location was convenient and easy to use. No complaints or concerns. I didn't go inside (off hours), so I rated the "clean and inviting" and "personnel" sections as positive but I have nothing to base that on. The parking lot was large, and easy to access off the main road. Good location.
