Within an hour of getting the vehicle, the "check engine" light came on and the vehicle lost power significantly, which caused me to have to make multiple trips because I had to keep the weight down on the truck to be able to move at a somewhat safe speed in traffic. This ultimately caused DOUBLE the mileage, which DOUBLED my bill to over $500.00 after all the extra gas I had to use due to the extra trips I had to make! I couldn't call the rental location because they were closed on Sundays. In my online reservation, I requested an appliance dolly. When I picked the vehicle up, the clerk advised me there were no appliance dollies, but I could use the hand trucks in the vehicle. However, she did not tell me there was a charge for using the included hand trucks, which I only found out about AFTER I received my final bill. I was also was originally charged for two days rental, when I only requested one day. This is the worst rental experience I've ever had and I intend on making sure everyone know to stay away from U-Haul!

The parking area is extremely small making it difficult to park the 26' truck we were returning. That's my only major concern. As a note, my phone could not pick up much of a signal making it difficult to do the return using the app (I realize that's beyond your control but it needs to be noted somewhere). I finally had to use my wife's phone to get the return completed. She had slightly better signal strength than I did.

Sadly the Key lock was extremely hard to access, the truck was double parked in the lot and they did not have an alternate truck. I also was missing my dolly and pads that I paid for and had to drive to the other end of town to pick some up. It took us an hour and a half just to actually be driving out with the truck

We have rented many uhaul trucks and vans over the years. This truck was the worst one we have ever rented. It was dirty, both inside and out. It sounded like it was not going to make it up the hill on the road we were driving. We were very disappointed.

Renting this Uhaul has been one of the most horrific experiences I have endured. Inreserved a truck for a one way trip because I am moving out if state. The online check in to receive my key this morning was slow and confusing. Somewhere along the way my reservation got changed to in town, even though you charged me for 200 miles. Then you charged me another 300 to return my truck in Georgia where I wanted to return it all along. The store in Georgia called a regional FedEx and an associate named Tina screamed at me over the phone. I cannot express how unhappy I am with this experience and would like to be contacted asap.

Improve access on and off road. Lot has one way in/out, so very hard to return a trailer where there is no place to "pull through". Also need curbs on street side so trailers won't careen down the hill.

Uhaul needs to develop software that weekly checks locations to be sure they're still active and then update their website to only show those locations.

The first truck they brought out for me to drive out of state was leaking oil out of back brake. Refused to take it. Second truck was NOT cleaned or prepped to release to drive. Drop off at location was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. called 7 different locations for drop off. They refused to take it. Had to call 800 number and demand a drop off place.

The cab had not been cleaned prior to pickup. There were feet prints on the passenger side windshield and ashes in the ashtray. When ordering online, i was given a pickup location near to my home, but during confirmation the day before pickup was told to pick up a at location far from my home. Not appropriate. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was good.

Try to get your customers closer to their home for pick up. I had to drive 1 hour from my house there and back. Truck was not really at time of pickup. This was not Kaliste Saloom

Check the tires and ensure they are in good working condition. I had a tire blow out on me and had to wait on the highway for someone to come out and change it.

The staff was great. The location was crowded with equipment and I was hauling a long trailer, which, with the limited space, made it very difficult to have room to maneuver and back the trailer into the spaces she requested.

I rent a car hauler from U-Haul twice per year. This is an excellent, small location that is close to my house. It is my preferred pick-up point. The trailer that was assigned to me was clean and pulled well but had been welded on so many times it looked like crap. It desperately needed to be painted and possibly taken out of service. It was embarrassing to use it.

There is no contact number for this drop off location online. I had no way of confirming that my drop off of rental(trailer) was received successfull on a Sunday. The drop off paperwork that I’m used to seeing was not present in the packet I received at pick up location, so I just returned the rental. I suppose all is good, since I’ve not been contacted with any issue. Everyone is going paperless these days, so I assume changes were made to the process of drop off.

I had to drive 15 extra miles to get my truck because the day before my move I was told that the location just down the street where I reserved a truck did not have one!!!!!! I will go to Penske or some other rental place next time!!!! Drop dead Uhaul!!!!!!
