I’ll NEVER use the self service option again! The app is clunky and slow. Moving is stressful enough but the interaction with the UHaul app was by far the most stressful part of the job.

You can honor the appointment as it it booked. If I knew the Uhaul was not going to be at the pick up location I booked it for. I would have used a different vendor.
Mari BLocation was closed. 24/7 app and site was super slow.
BRETT KNo cel service in that area so remote pickup using my cellphone was nearly impossible. Be clear that the facility has WiFi and increase the WiFi signal. Very frustrating doing pickup having to provide pictures, etc.
