I did not talk to a soul. I drove around to the U-unit area and unhooked the trailer alone. I took the photos and left. It did not take long, but I did not go in or talk to anyone.
David BThere is no cell service there and the app doesn’t work. It took over an hour just to get the key to the truck. The drop off was just as bad. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Stephanie LTook over an hour to get the truck due to poor WiFi, location not open, and app not processing due to poor cellular service. I ordered pads and appliance dolly. The dolly was not in the truck. Very poor experience.
Shane BLocation was closed during business hours. I had to drop keys and contract in the drop box. Two days later I received a text from U-Haul stating that my truck was overdue.
