i made reservations online was changed TWICE to location that was not close although the truck was available where I initially reserved
MELANIE SWasted 2 hours of my day while had people waiting and on the payroll.
THOMAS WIt was unnerving thinking we could pick up a truck and drop it off and never see anyone at either place- So some video or something - would have helped- we were afraid that the tight time line on moving would somehow got disrupted because of equipment issues- that did not happen
