Jason went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us with our rental. There were some issues with picking up the rental and returning it through the app. He helped us secure the rental by making the necessary adjustments to our order and then he contacted me after hours to help with the return. He didn't have to do that but he chose to do so. We usually rent a U-Haul every other week to help deliver food to our food pantry. We will do everything in our power to rent through this location from this point forward.Brandy W.

The reading on the fuel gauge was different than what was on my contract when I picked up vehicle. When I returned the vehicle I filled it up back to the level it was before I started driving it according to fuel gauge. I was then notified I would be hit with a $21 dollar fuel service fee. I put over 4 gallons of gas in vehicle and drove a total of 40 miles. The fee was for an additional 5 gallons of gas. So it took 9 gallons to go 40 miles? Total rip-off. I have done business for years with U-Haul with no problems but this is ridiculous.ROBERT J.

Rented a truck and appliance dolly for pickup at 8am. Got a text the afternoon before stating there was no appliance dolly available. My wife had to go to Home Depot to rent one. Got there at my 8am pickup time but the remote pickup app didn't work (VERY FRUSTRATING), No problem, the store was supposed to open at 8:30. The office worker/check out guy didn't arrive until AFTER 9AM. This was extremely inconvenient for me as I was burning daylight in my productivity for the day. I feel at the VERY LEAST, I should be awarded a refund of 50% of my rental price for lost productivity, inconvenience of having to rent an appliance dolly at another retailer (after my reservation was confirmed at U-Haul) and the office guy showing up late and not responding to my text Friday night. All in all, I think a full refund is appropriate for future business/good will. I can be reached at 813-610-6255. If I am not available, please leave a voice mail or text me. My only major problem was with your check in procedure at pickup using the app. It is the most ridiculous procedure I have ever been through. The lack of communication prior to arrival in regard to needed items (eg 2 people to contact) what a pain. I will never use the app check in again.Michael A.

I set up a mobile pick up because I needed my truck by 7:30 and they don't open until 8:30. We got there to get the truck and it WAS NOT set up for mobile pick up so I called customer service and they changed it for me. Once I got to the key retrieval the box that they key was supposed to be in was wide open and no key inside. So we had to leave and wait for them to open to get our truck which completely defeats the purpose of a mobile pick up. This is the third time this company has made things so difficult for me I will NEVER use U-Haul again. Every single location across the US is disorganized and has no clue what they are doing. I used U-Haul because they were the cheapest but it is so worth the extra money to go elsewhere. Thanks U-Haul, you made my moving day even harder.Thomas K.

We had been so excited to find this location close to our business. BUT, this past weekend, they had moved our pick up to another location that was not close. They rented us a truck, that was on the lot, that quite honestly should stay on the lot. There is obviously something wrong with it. It is SO LOUD. We were afraid that it would not make it there and back. We turned it in early as to get it off our hands. We actually had to go rent another vehicle from another company. We were SO HOPING that this location would work for us, but now we are not sure. This seems to be a problem with Uhaul in general that they change your pick up locations without you knowing it until you get there to pick up.DEBRA T.

They charged for a whole extra day when I brought it back on time because by the time I checked out it took 30 minutes to finally get to me so it was 15 past my due date. Also, when I picked up the truck the time changed and said come at 8 30 instead of 7 so my whole day was thrown off. Not a single phone works in the company. I will never use u-haul again.jack N.
