Ultimate nitpick, but the drop box for returned keys is quite small and takes some work to get the keys in there. Although I'm sure the narrow slots are for security reasons. Overall a fantastic experience thank you.

I reported the mirror issue to the manager and was told it was legal to operate with only 1 outside mirrow and that he had reported the issue to U Haul and was waiting on someone to come out and make repairs.

ROBERT B.Arrived to pickup truck and no equipment was there despite having been reserved. Truck cab was dirty, interior trailer light didn't work. Phone number for facility was non-responsive. Felt like I got bare minimum service for my UHAUL order, which delayed our move by hours and made the work much harder.
Albert S.The only bad thing is being a female alone, you CANNOT unhook a 12 ft trailer without a dolly or a Jack. I think there should be someone or something so it's not an issue. I got lucky and another guy stopped to help me!
SHERRY B.It could really use more lighting. Only the area around the building was lit, and without any additional light in the lot where the trucks are kept, it was kind of creepy and hard to see. Otherwise it was just fine.

DEBORAH N.I booked a cargo van using the mobile pick up/drop off option. The app glitched and forced me to repeat photo and information submissions several times at pick up and drop off. Someone from the office texted me to let me know that cell service may be an issue, but it was practically non-existent. That combined with the fact that you need to be geo-located to the office to complete pick up or drop off made the what should have been quick and easy a frustrating and hours-long ordeal of driving around the parking lot trying to find cell service to complete the process. If the office is aware that cell service is an issue, they should not offer the mobile service!

DOUGLAS W.I was not made aware the location was closed prior to arrival. I had to do a mobile check in and there was terrible service at the location. I wasted 45 minutes trying to pick up the truck. Then when I got home the utility dolly was not on the truck and I have been charged for it.

DUSTIN H.Took 25 minutes to check in on the mobile app. The store actually opened before I could get checked in so wasted 30 minutes. The cargo area of the truck was fairly clean but the cab had not been cleaned in recent weeks. Not a big deal but in this Covid environment it was a bit concerning. Had to wipe the entire cab down with antibacterial wipes to feel comfortable.
