I had to jump start the vehicle twice and when I brought it back with the gas under the level it “should” have been, they charged by the book. Super unhappy with this experience, may be the last time I book a U-Haul.

I was charged for a dolly I didn't use, even had my own. Also charged for a cleaning fee, but the lady couldn't provide before pictures. I'm not saying there was some dirt, but there was prior and I left no trash or any mess, yet was charged extra for it. I even brought it back with extra gas and 4 hours prior to it being due.

These people should not rent U-Haul equipment, trucks or trailer. They rip you off and force you to sign up for optional services, they are not the right operator and should not rent Uhaul truck or trailer. Too many bosses and neither know what to do or run a decent operation.

Terrible location. Extremely shady and dirty. There were homeless people everywhere. The lady at the store was elderly so I had to decouple the heavy trailer on my own. She told me to park it in a random place in the parking area for the shopping strip mall. I hope it doesn’t get jacked. Terrible experience. Will not use this location again.

When I returned the truck they didn't check me out right. She never looked at where my gas gage picture or mileage picture. We estimated 20 mi. yet went less then 10miles. Then she never came back in the store. My balance owed Bill is INCORRECT!

Uhaul scheduled me for 8:00 when the location was not open. Then the location was late. Overall I had my trailer at 11:00.

Sloppily managed vehicle pickup, caused 2 hour delay, was downgraded to 15' truck even though 17' was specified and showed as available. Will not be using this location again.

I liked the location but the pad lock on the truck basically didn’t work so I couldn’t lock up my stuff at night. But the lady did inform me the lock was hard to use before I took the truck. I loved the customer service.

Oh my goodness, these ladies were absolutely amazing. Not only were they good at handling the overbooking of trucks from the reservations, especially during the systems going down, they were calm, friendly and professional. When returning the truck they went above and beyond to help me to avoid me paying U-Haul Roadside Assistance. They went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at ANY other U-Haul office. I would recommend this location to anyone and will use it on my next rental.

Not schedule an appointment for customers at 9am and the uhaul agent show up 930am and not be able to offer a discount for the inconvenience. Not only was i inconvenienced so was two other customers, this made for a very long moving day.

Dropped off trailer here because uhaul scheduled this as my dropoff. The store staff, an older woman, couldnt help me unhitch trailer. I had to park the trailer and unhitch. THEN uhaul charged me a wrongdropoff fee and tax! Really poor service. Found out the next day there is a full service uhaul actually closer to my house!

Person in charge of rentals isn't at location, have to deal with by phone. When I arrived there was an extra insurance fee added on that was not informed of when made reservation. Truck I reserved didn't have a ramp so opted for next larger, battery was dead, had to wait for them to come jump vehicle.

The location is extremely hidden, with very minimal signage. From the time you arrive it’s scattered, we also got swapped trucks while we were pulling out so we did not receive a truck with the full gas but was charged for it and received a truck that would not open due to not checking the condition of the truck from the last time so this has us delayed 30mins. Overall not happy with this place.

I supposed to pick up my U-Haul truck at 9:30 in the morning, and I have to wait 45 minutes because I get to the place at 9:15 to make sure I got the truck on time but the person who rented before I got there late

Again not the location I had requested, inconvenient to find and get too, I had to disconnect the trailer, the old lady that runs this thrift store could not help. Overall with the location problems and the higher rental rates, I will not be using Uhaul again....

First let me start by saying Ashley was very professional, reasonable, easy going and helpful for the most part. Due to my lack of knowledge with the whole uhaul rental game we never knew that Fridays start at the weekend rate( which was 1.09 a mile) So here is my $1,000 dollar 10 foot truck rental experience! We were in informed that as long as you keep re renting the truck your rate stays the same(1.09 per mile) when we had rented the truck it was only for a day, however things happen and people flake during moves so we kept extending it daily which kept us @1.09 per mile. So here is where my rating comes in at a 1 star! Not sure if they thought we were not coming back with the uhaul or what, but that’s when deals and negotiations took place. Mind you we had put over 700 miles on the truck and no one I spoke with ever heard of 1.09 as a miles rate. I had two prior rentals and both were .79 a mile. We were told the rate would be adjusted for the weekdays. Then we were told our whole trip would be adjusted to help with hellacious fees for our trip. We were even offered a lower over payment if we could pay it all today! I was told it would only be $800.00 cool drop the truck off fueled, and way cleaner then before only to find out they were saying theirs nothing they can do to adjust the price of the rental! Would be one thing if it was words over the phone but if your texting someone telling them it’s only 800 then why was I billed 1011.00. That’s a huge difference and in business your word should mean something. Had we not been told during our trip they were adjusting our mile to .89 then I would have returned this truck and re rented it! Lesson 1) don’t rent on Fridays or weekends 2) rent for more then one day 3) read your contract 4) make sure you get your contract even if they push it through 5) take a lot of pictures of miles/ odometer inside and outside.

I had the pick up set up for 10:00AM. I arrived on time. The person at the location said that her granddaughter was doing the U-Haul thing. She would have to call her. After a few minutes she said that the granddaughters husband would be down in 10 or 15 minutes. He showed at 25 minutes after the hour. The only 6X12 trailer at the location was splatted with mud on the front of the unit and on the fender wells. The left rear lower brake light was out. And the left side two tires were down to the wear bars below 2/32nds. I have rented from U-Haul a lot over the years. This is the worst equipment I have every received. Thankfully there was no bad weather between Colorado and Utah and the tires held. When you pay $300 for a one way tailer rental you should get legal and solid equipment you don't have to worry about the whole trip.
