Christina AThe second time around thrift store location I picked up my trailer was great the lady I dealt with was outstanding. However the first location I went to in Aurora that was an actual U-Haul hub was terrible it was 5 miles away from the thrift store location it was in a terrible neighborhood I did not feel safe there it took 15 minutes with no one in the lobby before someone was willing to help me that person couldn't seem to enter the information right and kept saying they could not rent to me due to one reason or another. And it felt like all the employees there for gang members
