There's really nothing that I can say needs improvement The lady's at 2nd time around thrift store are probably the sweetest n kindest people there friendly have exhalent communication n customer service are excellent They have smiles bright up any room give you a welcoming filling from time you walk threw the door made it easy n fast to get threw the presses n had me in the U-Haul n on my way faster then I expected so nothing in my opinion needs improving

Everything was great. My phone detected an apple air tag in the van I rented. I do not own any. Fyi to the owner.
Paul POur experience was below average, but I don't think it was completely the fault of the pick up location. The truck we had reserved was not available and we were sent to a few locations to pick up a different truck, which set our timeline back and we ended up needing extra time to get everything done. We were charged another $78 for this additional time.
