The worse customer service we have ever received from a UHaul station. the staff was rude and not willing or knowledgeable to help in any way. Usuallu Uhaul is a good experience but Diesel Shop is a horrible representative of your Uhaul brand.Jesse D.

Uhual gave me the worst experience you can ever give someone. I made Reservations about 3-4 weeks before I was set to pick up the equipment. They called me a few days before I was Suppose to pick it up to tell me I had to go to a completely different state to pick up the equipment. Not to mention I was quoted at 250 and ended up paying almost 600 dollars to only use it for ONE day. I will Never use uhaul again.KYRAN G.
Attendant barely responded to my presence. no biggie. It was on a Sunday and they werent open for normal business hours. Not a problem just minimal interaction, less than what I would have expected as normal. Not going to hold it against them, but there are other drop off location options. This activity is not their primary business. All that said was convenient though.Kenneth D.
It was not our first choice and the place was out of the way and hard to find. It was clean and the people were friendly. This was the only site that had a truck that we needed. There was a problem in the billing. However they did put me in touch with you main office and They were very nice and corrected the billing very promptly. Thank youSandra R.

Great customer service, first time renting a trailer from U-Haul. Very happy with the trailer and will rent from 310 Diesel in Yuma, AZ again.Daniel L.
they have no supplies so if you remember you forgot to buy tape or rope ,etc... then you're stuck driving around town with a trailer attached to your vehicle. I wanted the 14th Ave/3rd street sight for this very reason.Lydia B.

This was not the drop off location. Not surprising that this is wrong on your records as U-Haul did not have the correct contract in the system when I dropped off the trailer. The representative had to call U-Haul and sort it out. I had the correct copy, which was emailed to me by U-Haul.Craig S.

Uhaul changed my reserved drop off spot at the last minute. I ended up having my wife drive my large pickup truck and pull the trailer, which was very inconvenient. You need to do a better job with drop offs, Uhaul.Michael W.

The truck was very dirty and the window was completely obstructed with splattered bugs...hundreds of them. I had to clean them off the window myself. Despite the fact that I called before my arrival, I still had to wait fir the checkout person to finish â€œotherâ€ business. I was his only customer.Tal M.

You changed my original return drop off location to a site 15 minutes further from my house. The customer service rep told me that the new location did not have after hours returns so I could not return my vehicle until Monday afternoon because I had to be at work by 8am and the Uhaul facility did not open until 9am. I was charged an extra day for the inconvenience that you placed upon me. Terrible experience on both ends of the transaction.Greg L.

We arrived at this location dressed to travel. The person that we had help us helped hitch the dolly to the RV and after checking the lights etc. said have a fine trip. I was standing there and he said I'm finished. My wife and I had to load the car on the dolly without any assistance. It was lucky that I had gained some knowledge from previous rentals to finish hooking up. On my first stop I checked the tie downs and noticed that a safety chain to the RV was too loose and dragging on the pavement.. I was not pleased by this person at all.Floyd D.

This U Haul location was hardly recognizable as a U haul location. I had to ask. I was told to drive around back so they could unhook the trailer from my truck. I was told by the U haul employee to pull the trailer to the back of the lot, and that he'd be jumping in. So he jumps on between the trailer and truck to ride because apparently it's too far to walk. I'm thinking â€œok if something unfortunate happens I'll probably be suedâ€. Is this kind of thing business as usual? I was not cool with this and I don't recommend this location.Kory W.

Customer service needs to be improved, we were told to go park in the back lot and someone would be out to unhook it waited over 10 minutes no one came out to unhook the trailer so we unhooked our self.nick S.

The Cab and the window were covered in dirt, I had to a car wash and get the window clean just to see clear to drive it safely and wipe out the cab before I put any of my personal stuff in the cab. Also they said the gas tank was full and it was not, the gauge was just above the Full and when I filled it the gauge went way past the full.Lucus L.

Inform lower level employees as well as businesses who rent uhaul equipment. Should also add in the 30 min window for changes to contract physically on the contract. I had to get the regional president to get envolved to get some what was needed since anyone lower than him couldn't accomplish the task. To much back and forth. Overall it was great once I contacted the president but it should have never came to that. Please educate your employees/ businesses and update your contract.Carl M.

The truck was very, very dirty. We were in a hurry (after being sent from the original location I had reserved the truck at) so I took it anyways. We couldn't even see out of the windows, it was so dirty.Francisco O.
Just don't rent there. They don't have clean trucks. There was trash on the floor and half a can of redbull that spilled when I hit the brakes. The person that helped me never verified milage and fuel gauge so when I got it I was short 1/8 of a tank and I had traveled 6 miles without even leaving the parking lot. One person messes it up for everyone else and for me this will be the last time I ever use Uhaul.luis P.
