I cannot tell how friendly and helpful the staff may have been. I selected because they were listed as being open to 11:00pm. When I arrived at 10:40pm they were already closed. So, I used after hours drop off in the app which was convenient. Then dropped off the keys in the drop box provided.

I think k was charged for insurance twice. I included it in my reservation and was also asked if I wanted it during my pickup, which I confirmed and paid— however, now I believe I was charged twice
GARY GClerk was cool and it was an easy process. There was oil in the floor of the truck bed, and it was dirty back there. I had to clean it. Otherwise the truck was in good condition. Overall, a good experience. I did online checkin beforehand. Was easier than I expected.
William HIt looks good to rent there during the daytime. I would not want to do business in the area during the evening or dark.
ROBERT SThe people that rented the U-haul were great to rent from, very personable. Rental went very smooth. The truck itself had graffiti on the front panel of the truck. Neighborhood seems safe during the day, but probably not as much after hours.
