It looks good to rent there during the daytime. I would not want to do business in the area during the evening or dark.

The people that rented the U-haul were great to rent from, very personable. Rental went very smooth. The truck itself had graffiti on the front panel of the truck. Neighborhood seems safe during the day, but probably not as much after hours.
