When I arrived, I was told that I would have to be paying $10 more to rent a bigger truck because the 15 foot truck I had reserved is not available because of a maintenance issue and they were not able to override the system to send it to me and with that I’ve lost an hour on my rental and was still told that I had to return the truck by 3 PM
