James MThe crew @ 3 js do an excellent job with the uhaul trucks. If there is one thing to improve on in my eyes , it would be the availability of trucks. They have one Silverado there for rent which if you rented the one truck and you end up having to get a second day on a whim, there's a chance that there might be a reservation in and you can't. The whole experience was efficient, and I got the job done that I needed to, thanks 3 j's and u haul!

Barry LMy confirmation gave me an address to pick up the truck. When I got there I was told to pick it up at another location. I was charged for furniture pads. But get them.

Carol OClerk at the pickup location was on a personal phone call the entire time she was processing my transaction. Specifically, she was talking to someone about finding some type of "clear" shoe rack. In addition, I asked about ensuring there was a key to fit the lock to rotate the tri-ball hitch from the 2 inch to the larger ball. She "explained" to me that it had "all three". She was clueless that I needed to rotate the ball. Sure enough, the lock would not open. While trying to explain this to her, she accused me of "yelling" at her. I in no way raised my voice, only tried to explain what she was clueless about, which she took offense to. She then threatened to cancel my contract when I asked if we could call the large UHaul center in West Columbia to see if one of their mechanics could break the lock off and replace it for me. She also threatened that i would "go to jail" if the lock was taken off. I would NEVER rent from that location again.
Dalton SFirst doesn’t have any of the dollys that we reserved, then then a bunch of hidden fees, then the computer crashes, then I return it with more fuel then it had and I get charged for fuel with another hidden fee. I drove it under the mileage to return then also left it with more fuel then what was in it.

Kim MThe owner of the place was really nice. But the employee of the place let me know about a $60 charge for leaving the tank on 3/4 - and they called me 10 mins before closing. That’s just way too much for gas. Had I known earlier, I would of gone back and added gas. But there was nothing I could do then.

SHIRLEY J2nd time using this u-haul place, very disappointing. I don't know her name but she told me I could pick up truck and keys at 6:30 am. She would text me where she put the keys in back. No show. She later told me she got busy and forgot.
Teresa WI went to this location because the trailer I rented was not there. The lady at the first location tracked down another trailer for me after she was told that customers who were were due to return their equipment had extended thnoeir reservations. The young girl on two notch was sweet but not very knowledgeable. Some lights were not working on trailer. She thought it was my adapter but did not have the correct replacement. She sent me to another facility but could not find the address. After first going to the wrong location I was able to find a uhaul center where the gentleman found my problem. Three hours later I was finally able to get on the road. There needs to be a way to ensure that when a customer extends a reservation another customer has not already been promised that vehicle.
Debra JWhen you go to a location to rent. You want to rent from that location. You do not want to go 10 miles down the road to another location to pick up the equipment. This allows u haul to make more money off milage. Very unsatisfied.
JOE WBetter equipment the dolly I rented the chain popped and the dolly landed on my car and I still have not heard nothing from y'all about fixing my car

Dennis HI was given a vehicle with 106,000 miles it ran rough brake issue power steering issue etc. I had to find another location 24 hours later and get a different truck for a trip it would be five states and over 600 miles away.
