When I arrived at first location, no one was there. This location when I showed up, the equipment was being used as storage and I had to wait for the attendant to remove a lot of items from it while they transferred all the contents to another trailer.

Wayne G1st time renting a u-haul truck without dealing with actual people and it went great! Instructions were clear and the truck was left in a place to easily pull out of and pull into. Truck was VERY CLEAN and ran great.
