MICHAEL BEverything worked very well at pick up and drop off. My only complaint was talking with a U-Haul person on phone who was not very nice when I said my truck was already turned in at a different location. Turned into an argument. Basically was cut off. I called the U-Haul I dropped off my truck at and she was very kind and said not to worry, everything was fine.
