1 - I was offered 60.00 to switch my pick up location which I took. The location was way out my way. 2 - The located had bad WiFi services which held me up I was almost late for the movers. Had to redo check in that was done prior to pick up already. 3 - The truck was raggedy with a crooked bumper, not picking up speed and it was almost on empty. 4 - I returned with the vehicle in my allotted time the business was closed so I left key and vehicle only to get a call the next day asking was the vehicle returned. I asked about the 60.00 and was told she was working on it. I always use u haul but this was my worst experience ever.
