Equipment was clean. However half the trip was spent with trouble lights on. Abs, stabili-trac, hill assist. Not exactly comforting in a big truck. Mom's attic leaks water as well so my stuff hit wet.
Dennis YWe only communicated with 360 Gymnastics by phone. No one on site during drop off, and we were not even sure the trailer would be secure once we dropped it off as there was no way to lock it or lock it in an enclosure. We had requested any location in Lewiston Idaho or Clarkston Washington to drop off the the trailer once we were done with it . The main U-Haul people (NOT D&D Automotive) gave us an initial drop-off location 1.5 hours out of our way for drop off. We stated that was not acceptable as we knew there were multiple locations in Lewiston or Clarkston. 360 Gymnastics was the location the main U-Haul people assigned us. 360 Gymnastics is not set up to receive trailers and they told us that when we contacted them by phone. They were gracious enough to help us out, but the Main U-Haul people need to have a better understanding of where trailers can be dropped off. 360 Gymnasticas was able to tell us the other locations, but it was too late to make a change in the plan with the Main U-Haul people. We were able to drop off the trailer on Friday at 1:30, normal business hours.
LAURA Ano real guidance when I went in, the person there said its only a drop off point and do it online. It was confusing to try to do that without guidance. Eventually was able to resolve but took awhile.

BRAD WCouldn't get the key out of lockbox due to the door of lockbox stuck on the key. Couldn't open lockbox all the way had wiggle and shake the pole. We tried for 15 min and finally got it.
Will DTruck looked clean, but still a ton of dog hair throughout. I am allergic to dogs so it wasn't ideal. Not a manned site, so short

Lesha WOverall was not a bad experience returning the truck. their return area is dark and unlit which isnt the best but I could deal with that. where the experience took a turn for the worst was a few days after my return this location added 2 fuel charges and 2 missing or damaged items claims to my bill totaling an extra 500$. there were pictures clearly attached to my reservation upon return that show the fuel tank full, there being no new damages, and even the items they claim were missing. I am hopeful that this location just made a mistake on my reservation and didnt do this hoping I would not notice. and the best part is uhaul does not even reach out to you about these claims they just send you the bill and charge you. on top of this I was misled by multiple representatives that extending my uhaul rental would be ONLY 40$ a day after asking multiple times. but at the end I was charged 15 dollars extra a day by uhaul that cost me an extra 135$ and they wont remove the charge even though they misled me. overall one of the poorest experiences Ive ever had working with a company.
