This was an independent / gas station. Only one person who had to take care of the counter - customers buying gas and products. He was as helpful as possible under the circumstances. One of the running lights was not working on the car trolley which he would not have known.

They didn't seem to know what to do. It took a little while to get the rental and when I did it was almost on empty for gas. Very upsetting since I was already running behind on my move so it put me back more time. In addition, they didn't have the original truck I rented and instead gave me a larger truck which caused issues since I didn't have enough stuff to fit I had to use a lot of rope and ties. All they did was upgrade me for free, nothing else. Not fair.
ADA WI was very happy with the truck and the pricing. I have a friend moving next week and I already sent her the info and location I went to. Thanks again. :)
Jenilee ZIt took them an hour plus to check me in and 45 minutes to check me out. The wife was so sweet but it was so unprofessional. I was late to work. They made the reservation under the wrong name, and called me half way through the reservation to let me know the truck wasn’t checked out properly. This was the most disappointing move. I’ll just hire movers next time.
