It took them an hour plus to check me in and 45 minutes to check me out. The wife was so sweet but it was so unprofessional. I was late to work. They made the reservation under the wrong name, and called me half way through the reservation to let me know the truck wasn’t checked out properly. This was the most disappointing move. I’ll just hire movers next time.
