Service was great. Everything was perfect. However... I give only 2 stars because the place is filled with Donal Trump paraphernalia. And since I find him to be a fascist, petulant embarrassment to humanity it was a little off putting. Keep your stupid trump-tard imagery for your front yard and not your business.

BONNIE TElizabeth at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered with Uhaul. I use Uhaul at least 2-3 times per year, but this was my first time using this location. My reservation was for 7am. When I got there at 730a, to pick it up using the contactless pickup through app, the truck was not ready or even on the front lot. It was parked on their back lot and had not even been brought up to be cleaned yet. Elizabeth was rude, told me “you don’t understand how this business works. Go ahead and report me to corporate.” I explained that my reservation was at 7am, it was now 730a and the truck wasn’t ready. She said it was dropped off the night before and had not been cleaned yet, but they had been open for over 30 minutes, knowing there was a 7am reservation. Elizabeth was so rude, heartless and didn’t even apologize for their delay. Carlos and Fernando were very professional and made sure my truck was clean and even called me after I dropped off truck to tell me about an item left in truck. Elizabeth should not work with the public. She is an angry, rude, non-people person. Bad bad bad bad first impression for your brand!

JAMES SDid a after-hours drop off. They sent me a text message with information on how to drop off my rental which was very helpful. She even answered the phone after hours to assist me with a question I had before dropping off the rental.

TRACEY FI choose this drop off location because it was the closet to my new residence. They took the key and said we will inspect and send you a text with the final receipt (this was at 1:30pm 5/17, they close at 6pm). I called UHAUL customer service (6:15pm) and they (Ariana) said they would send it right away when I called, I still did not receive. I called back at 6:45pm and spoke to a gentleman and he told me the truck had not been checked out yet and he would add a note. I didn't receive the final receipt until some time on Sunday.

Clearly, they care about their business and show it by being very authentic with their customers. Bless this place because we live in a world where people don't have that special touch this place brings.
JOEL MAgain everyone helped us out and made drop off easy and friendly, overall a great experience. Our only draw back was the air conditioning not working from the Arizona/New Mexico border to Henderson Nevada.

CHRISTINE JThe woman was nice, but the man had an emergency and had to leave early However, the UHAUL website does not work. When you enter your birthdate year, it says 2025, and it will not change! I spent 30 minutes putting in my Drivers license and info and then could not finish it Also, the photos I had to take of the trailer before leaving would not work properly. I was told I could drop it off at the EPIC stage where I was going... After I arrived, I was told I had to take it 2 miles away...but that was a lie as it was 15 minutes away in a bad part of town. I am a single woman and did not feel safe there. I was lied to, etc... when I got to 3UUU, there were NO MEN to help take the trailer OFF my truck. THE WOMAN employee was very nice!! I had to go to the HOTEL next door and find a man to help us!! UHAUL IS AWFUL, and I will NEVER recommend or use them again. If I can find another trailer to rent, I deserve a refund for all the time spent on the website and all the STRESS. UHAUL makes enough money to have a working website!.

MICHAEL WPrices are pretty absurd. The man who helped me was kind though. He might have been the owner, not sure. Would have been cheaper to rent an SUV then the small moving truck but was in a pinch. Charging by the mile for in town is a rip off though, and you have to refill gas. Wouldn't recommend or do again.
